図は巻板体の斜視図、第６図は巻板体をモールド
して成るモールド成形物の斜視図である。 図中、１は基板、３はステータコイル、４はモ
ールド体（絶縁性樹脂）、５は巻線体、６は口出
部（被係合部）、８は突起部（係合部）である。
シレスモータ全体の縦断面図、第２図はステータ
コイルの横断面図、第３図は基板及びステータコ
イルの分解斜視図、第４図は巻芯の斜視図、第５
図は巻板体の斜視図、第６図は巻板体をモールド
して成るモールド成形物の斜視図である。 図中、１は基板、３はステータコイル、４はモ
ールド体（絶縁性樹脂）、５は巻線体、６は口出
部（被係合部）、８は突起部（係合部）である。
Claims (1)
- 環状に配列された複数個の巻線体を絶縁性樹脂
によりモールドしたステータコイルを金属製の基
板に固定して成るものであつて、前記基板の所定
位置に位置決め用の係合部を一体に形成すると共
に、前記ステータコイルに前記係合部に嵌合する
被係合部を形成したことを特徴とするモータのス
テータ。
