Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain fine winding figure at a high speed while keeping stably good quality by arranging a circular magnet at the peripheral of a winding dirve shaft opposed to a winding reel. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 4 having a size covering a flange 2b is mounted to a position accessed as near as possible to a reel flange 2b at a position opposing to the winding reel 3 of the peripheral of a winding drive shaft 6. A tape 1 wound via a guide roller 5 is absorbed by a magnet 4 for the magnetic layer 1a, the flange 2b arranges end face and then the tape is wound on the reel 3. が巻姿を乱す主要因と考えられ、巻取の高速化に対し、
張力制御や真空エアー吸引(特開昭55−122271
号公報)、巻取外周上へのローラの圧接(特開昭53−
51370号公報)、巻取用ガイドローラの形状の改良
(実開昭56−140966号公報)等の提案がなされ
てきた。しかし、現状では装置が複雑となシ、安定した
品質で高速巻取を実現する上での障害を克服するまでに
は至っていないのが現状である。
