リングコラムパイプを囲繞するステーブラケツト
とをそなえ、同ステーブラケツトが車両の前部衝
突時に変形の少ない車体側部分にステーを介して
支持されるとともに、上記車両の前部衝突時に後
方へ移動する上記車体側部材から上記ステアリン
グコラムパイプを切り離すべく、上記の車体側部
材とステアリングコラムパイプとの間に切離機構
が介装され、且つ、上記車両の前後方向の引張り
強度を高めるべく、上記ステーが上記車体側部分
から上記ステーブラケツトへ向けほぼ水平に延び
るように配設されたことを特徴とする、車両用ス
