Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 少なくとも一方は透明の対向する電極を有する基板間に
    、二色性色素を含む液晶組成物を介在させ電圧の印加、
    除去により液晶分子及び二色性色素分子の配向を制御し
    、それに伴う発色の変化を用いて表示を行うゲスト・ホ
    スト効果型液晶表示体において、前記二色性色素分子の
    分解を押える紫外線カットフィルターを前記基板表面の
    入射光側に具備したものであって、前記液晶組成物とし
    て誘電異方性が正のコレステリツク液晶、誘電異方性が
    正のネマチツク液晶あるいは誘電異方性が負のネマチツ
    ク液晶を用いたことを特徴とする液晶表示体。
