Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外輪の球面軌道と、前記球面軌道に対向す
    る内輪の球面軌道との間に多数配設される球面こ
    ろを円周方向に区分し、保持するスラスト自動調
    心ころ軸受の保持器において、前記球面ころの大
    端面側に位置し、前記内輪の外径面に対向する延
    長部を有する大径円環と、前記延長部から内側に
    突出し、前記内輪の外径面に形成された段部に掛
    止する掛止部と、前記球面ころの小端面側に位置
    する小径円環と、前記大径円環と前記小径円環と
    を連結する多数の柱とからなり、前記大径円環の
    下面と、前記小径円環の上面と、前記の柱の側面
    とで囲繞して前記球面ころを収容するポケツトが
    形成され、前記大径円環側の前記柱の側面に軸受
    中心線にほぼ平行な射出成形の外型と内型の分割
    線が形成されることを特徴とするスラスト自動調
    心ころ軸受用合成樹脂保持器。 (2) 前記柱の側面は、前記球面ころの大径部側
    外径に対応する面の半径方向外側部分で、前記分
    割線に隣接する前記球面ころを案内する第1案内
    面と、前記球面ころの小径部側外径に対応する面
    の半径方向内側部分に前記球面ころを案内する第
    2案内面とを有し、前記第1案内面の前記柱の外
    面側の縁の前記球面ころを挾む互の間隔hが前
    記球面ころの対応する直径dよりも小さくなつ
    ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のスラ
    スト自動調心ころ軸受用合成樹脂保持器。 (3) 前記柱の側面は前記球面ころの小径部外径
    に対応する面の半径方向外側部分に前記球面ころ
    を案内する第3案内面を有する実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第1項または第2項記載のスラスト自動調
    心ころ軸受用合成樹脂保持器。 (4) 前記第1案内面及び第2案内面及び第3案
    内面は各々が対応する前記球面ころの外径の球面
    にほゞ等しい曲率を有する球面形状に形成されて
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項記載のスラス
    ト自動調心ころ軸受合成樹脂保持器。 (5) 前記柱の側面は、前記第1案内面及び第2
    案内面及び第3案内面を除く他の面が前記第1案
    内面及び前記第2案内面及び前記第3案内面より
    凹んでいる油溜り面を有する実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第1項または第4項記載のスラスト自動調心
    ころ軸受用合成樹脂保持器。
