Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, a system that performs high-pressure dewatering using a main roll 1, an auxiliary belt 2, and a tensioning device 3 has been known. Generally, when the tension of the auxiliary belt is FKg/cm and the radius of the main roll is r, the surface pressure P is expressed as P=F/r. The practical tension of the auxiliary belt is currently limited to about 100 kg/cm, and it is difficult to make the diameter of the main roll smaller than 20 cm due to restrictions when wrapping the auxiliary belt. Therefore, the current limit of the surface pressure of the high-pressure dewatering section as shown in Fig. 1 is about 5 kg/cm 2 . In order to improve this, the present applicant filed a patent application filed in 1983-
No. 156344 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 56-81114) proposed a system in which an auxiliary belt 2 is wound around the main roll 1 to further utilize the tension of the folded auxiliary belt as shown in FIG. In this case, since the auxiliary belt is doubled, the surface pressure can be expected to be about 10 kg/cm2, but rollers 4 are interposed to prevent direct contact between the belt traveling on the main roll side and the belt traveling on the turning side. There is a need. Therefore, the surface pressure at the roller part is
Although the pressure is higher than 10Kg/cm 2 , it actually decreases in areas without rollers, resulting in uneven surface pressure as a whole.
Therefore, there were disadvantages in that the cloth was severely clogged and water could not be dehydrated efficiently.

The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages, and provides a sludge dewatering device that can apply a stronger surface pressure in stages and can increase the surface pressure several steps higher than that of conventional devices. The purpose is to provide a high-pressure dehydration section for.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Belt press type sludge dewatering equipment uses two endless cloth belts A and B as shown in Figure 3 to dewater under pressure, and a type that uses a single endless cloth belt as shown in Figure 4. There are devices that perform pressurized dehydration using only A, but in any case, a straight belt or 6 of a cloth belt A is provided in front of the pressurized dewatering section 5.
Sludge is supplied onto the beginning of a straight belt, and dewatered by gravity while the sludge rides on a cloth belt and travels through the straight belt. Next, pressure dewatering is performed in the pressure dewatering section 5, and then a dehydrated cake is formed. Peel off from the cloth belt. The present invention may be applied to any of these types of dehydration equipment. In other words, any device having a pressurized dewatering section can be used, but here, the pressurized dewatering will be explained using a single cloth belt shown in FIG. 4. 7 is the main roll, 8 is the entrance side turning roller,
8' is an exit side turning roller, 9 is a pressure roller, 10
11 is a meandering correction roller; 11 is a slurry supply device; 12 is a dewatered cake peeling scraper 13 which is a roller around which a cloth belt is wound; and 14 is an auxiliary belt made of, for example, a wire mesh.

In such a device, tempered sludge is first supplied to the sludge supply device 11, water is removed by gravity as the cloth belt A advances on the straight belt or 6, and then the cloth belt is turned by the inlet side turning roll 8. The sludge is dehydrated under pressure while being pressed against the main roll 7, and is peeled off as a dehydrated cake by the scraper 12 and discharged. Thereafter, the cloth belt A is turned again by the exit side turning roll 8', wraps around the roller 13, and circulates back to the mud supply position. An auxiliary belt 14 is guided to the entrance side and exit side turning rolls at the same time as the cloth belt, and is guided to the circumferential surface of the main roll 7 so as to press the cloth belt against the main roll. It is provided so that it returns cyclically to the roll. When the auxiliary belt 14 circulates,
A pressure roll with a small diameter is provided to prevent auxiliary belts running in different directions from coming into direct contact with each other. At least one of the deflection rolls on the inlet side or the outlet side can be moved upwardly by any means to tension the auxiliary belt. Thereby, the fabric belt can be further pressed against the main roll with high pressure by the auxiliary belt, and can also be pressed by the pressure roll. Moreover, the position of the small-diameter pressure roll can be moved in the circumferential direction on the circumferential surface of the main roll. Although not shown in the drawings, this moving means, for example, as proposed by the present applicant in Japanese Patent Application No. 58-23848, is provided with an upwardly extending piece on a bearing that supports the shaft at each end of the pressure roll, and the upper end of the extending piece is provided with an upwardly extending piece. are pivotally attached to each side wall on both sides of the device so as to be swingable, and may be fixed at an appropriate position. In the case of the device of the present invention, the force pressing each pressure roll against the main roll is
As shown in the figure, the force of the auxiliary belt is FKg/cm, the winding angle α° is that the auxiliary belt wraps around the pressure roll when it returns while contacting the pressure roll, and the weight of the pressure roll is ignored. 2 per 1cm width of auxiliary belt.
F.sinα/2Kg, determined by the tension of the auxiliary belt and the wrapping angle. Therefore, by moving the pressure roll and changing the wrapping angle, it is possible to change the surface pressure in stages, that is, to gradually increase the surface pressure from the sludge supply side. It can be hung for efficient dehydration. Further, in the case of the present invention, since at least one of the turning rolls on the inlet side or the outlet side is a tension roll, there is no need to provide a separate tension roll.

1 A plurality of small-diameter pressure rolls are arranged around the circumference of a large-diameter main roll, an endless cloth belt is guided to the circumference of the main roll, and after passing between the circumference and the pressure roll, the final In a sludge dewatering device that circulates and returns sludge to the sludge supply position around pressure rolls in stages, the sludge is dehydrated by passing between a cloth belt guided around the main roll and the pressure roll, and then applying pressure at the outlet side. An auxiliary belt is provided that loops around the pressure roll and returns to the pressure roll on the inlet side while contacting the pressure roll in a folded manner, and presses each pressure roll against the main roll to apply pressure on the outlet side or the inlet side. At least one of the rolls is movable in any direction to tension the auxiliary belt, and the position of the pressure rolls other than the roll can be adjusted by moving in the circumferential direction on the circumferential surface of the main roll.
