Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 鋳造する製品の外周部を形成することのできる凹部が形
    成された固定金型と、この固定金型に型締め型開き可能
    に備えられた第１の可動金型と、この第１の可動金型を
    型締め型開き可Ｉこ備えられた第２の可動金型と、この
    第２の可動金型に固定された先端が商記第１の可動金型
    のピン挿入孔を通って前記固定金型の凹部内へ先端部が
    入り込む先端部が小径のテーパーピンと、前記第１の可
    動金型に該第１の可動金型の型開き方向と直角方向にス
    ライド可能に取付けられた鋳造する製品の内壁部の一部
    を形成する第１のスライド中子と、この第１のスライド
    中子を型開−き時に鋳造された製品の内側方向へスライ
    ドさせることのできる前記固定金型に固定された傾斜ピ
    ンと、前記第１の可動金型に該可動金型の型開き方向と
    直角方向にスライド可能に取付けられた鋳造する製品の
    内壁部の一部を形成する第２のスライド吊子と、この第
    ２のスライド中子を常時所定位置に付勢し、型開き時に
    鋳造された製品の内側方向へスライドさせる移動味置と
    からなり、−型開き時に、まず第２の可動金型を型開き
    方向へ移動させて固定金型の凹部よりテーパーピンを抜
    出した後、第１の可動金型を型開き方向へ移動させて固
    定金型の凹部より鋳造された製品を抜出すとともに、第
    １のスライド中子を内側方向へスライドさせて製品と第
    １のスライド中子とを外した後、第２のスライ下中子を
    内側方向へスライドさせて製品を第ｉのスライド中子に
    当接させ製品と第２のスライド中子とを外し型より製品
    を自動的に外せるようにしたことを特徴とする内壁面に
    アンダーカットを有する製品を製造するダイカスト金型
    。
