向に回転させる駆動部材と、前記ロータ間にその軸方向
に沿って配置され、両端が前記機枠に着脱可能に取付け
られた支持杆を有し、この支持杆の画側部に多数の固定
刃が間隔を置いて横向きに設けられ、この固定刃間に前
記刃が噛合可能となっている固定刃部材とを具えてなる
