第１図は従来の光波長分波装置の構成図、第２図はこの
考案の一実施例を示す上面図、第３図は干渉フィルタを
気密性の高いケース内に収容する一例を示す斜視図、第
４図はケースへ窓を気密性を保って製作する方法の一例
を示す斜視図である。 １ａ〜１ｅは光ファイバ、２ａ〜２ｅはレンズ、３，
４， ５． ６はそれぞれ波長λ，λ２，λ３，入
，の光を透過し、他の波長の光は反射する特性を有して
いる干渉フィルタ、７は光学的に透明な材料から成る基
体、８ａ，８ｂは基体７の互いに平行な面、９はミラー
、１０ａ，１０ｂは光学的に透明な材料から成る窓、１
１はケース、１２は光学的に透明な材料からなるプリス
ム、１３はカバー、１４は突起部、１５は貫通孔、１６
は段差、１７は低融点ガラスである。 なお、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付し
て示してある。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定の位置に光学的に透明な部分を有し、その周囲の一
    つの面が開口した気密性の高い材料からなるケース、こ
    のケースの内側に収容され１組の互いに平行な面を有し
    、この平行な面のうち一方の面に光の波長の選択機能を
    有する干渉フィルタが形成されるとともに、他方の面に
    ミラーが形成され、光学的に透明な材料よりなる基体、
    上記ケースの内壁と上記基体との間に挿入されているプ
    リズム、及び上記ケースの開口した面を気密に蓋うカバ
    ーを備えた光波長合波分波装置。
