In the figure, 1 is a base, and this base 1 is constructed so that it can be stably placed on the floor. A cleaning tank 2 is erected on the upper surface of the base 1. The cleaning tank 2 is made of a flexible material such as synthetic rubber, has a bellows-like shape, and its lower end is attached to the upper surface of the base 1 in a liquid-tight manner, so that it can be expanded and contracted up and down. And this cleaning tank 2
An annular nozzle body 3 is attached to the upper end of the
On the inner surface of this nozzle body 3, there are a plurality of nozzles 4 oriented toward the center of the cleaning tank 2 and diagonally downward.
is installed protrudingly. Further, a liquid feeding pump 5 is built in the base 1. A liquid supply pipe 6 is connected to the suction port of the liquid feed pump 5, and a discharge port is connected to the nozzle body 3 via a liquid feed hose 7. The liquid feeding hose 7 is a flexible hose formed into a spiral shape, and is configured to be able to expand and contract together with the cleaning tank 2. and,
A cleaning liquid such as tap water is force-fed to the nozzle body 3 via the liquid feeding hose 7 by the liquid feeding pump 5,
The nozzle body 3 is configured so that water is ejected from the nozzle 4. In addition, this cleaning tank 2
A conical liquid receiving recess 8 is formed on the upper surface of the base 1 corresponding to the lower end of the liquid receiving recess 8, and a liquid draining port 9 is formed at the bottom of the liquid receiving recess 8. (not shown) to the drain pipe 10. The water ejected from the nozzle 4 is discharged from the liquid receiving recess 8 through a liquid drain port 9 by a liquid drain pump. Further, from the top surface of the base 1, the support 11 is connected to the cleaning tank 2.
A pulley 12 is rotatably attached to the upper end of the column 11. Further, a drive pulley 13 is provided within the base 1 in correspondence with the base of the support column 11, and the drive pulley 13 is configured to be rotationally driven by a drive motor 14. An endless drive wire 15 is stretched between the drive pulley 13 and the pulley 12 at the upper end of the support column 11, and a part of the drive wire 15 is fixed to the nozzle body 3 at the upper end of the cleaning tank 2. has been done. Therefore, the drive motor 14
When the drive pulley 13 rotates, the drive wire 15 runs to pull up the nozzle body 3 and clean the cleaning tank 2.
extends upward together with this nozzle body 3, and when the drive motor 14 reverses, the drive wire 15 runs in the opposite direction to the above, the nozzle body 3 is pulled down, and the cleaning tank 2 is shortened downward. has been done. In addition, operation switches 16 are provided at the front of the base 1, and by operating these operation switches 16, the drive motor 14 is rotated in the forward and reverse directions. It is also configured to operate the liquid feed pump 5 and the liquid drainage pump. It should be noted that these operating switches 16... are constructed so that they can be operated with the feet.

As shown in the figure, the cleaning tank 2 is first shortened downward. After pulling out the endoscope A from the body cavity, grasp the operating part B of the endoscope A, let the insertion part C hang down, and insert the lower end of the insertion part C into the washing tank 2.
It is located approximately at the center of the cleaning tank 2. Next, operate the operation switch 16 with your foot to operate the liquid feed pump 5 and the drain pump, and also rotate the drive motor 14 in the forward direction. Then, the water pumped by the liquid pump 5 is ejected from the nozzle 4, and the ejected water cleans the insertion section C of the endoscope A, and the nozzle body 3 is pulled up. The nozzle body 3 rises while cleaning the insertion portion C, and the cleaning tank 2 extends upward along with it. The water used to wash the insertion section C is collected in the liquid receiving recess 8 by the washing tank 2 without scattering to the outside, and is discharged by the drain pump. When the cleaning is completed, the liquid supply pump 5 and the liquid drainage pump are stopped, the drive motor 14 is reversed, the nozzle body 3 is lowered, the cleaning tank 2 is shortened downward, and the endoscope A is removed. Therefore,
When the nozzle body 3 is lowered and the cleaning tank 2 is shortened downward, the endoscope A can be inserted into the cleaning tank 2 by grasping only the operating part B and hanging the insertion part C. The part C can be cleaned without touching the operator's hands, clothes, other instruments, etc., these items are not contaminated, and the cleaning operation is easy.

である。 As described above, the present invention includes a cleaning tank that is vertically expandable and a telescopic mechanism for vertically expanding and contracting the cleaning tank, and a nozzle for spouting cleaning liquid at the upper end of the cleaning tank. Therefore, with the cleaning tank shortened downward, grasp the operating part of the endoscope, insert the insertion part into the cleaning tank with the insertion part hanging down, and squirt the cleaning liquid from the upper end of the cleaning tank. While cleaning the insertion section of the endoscope, the cleaning tank can be extended upward to clean the insertion section. Therefore, the inserted endoscope can be cleaned without touching the inserted part of the endoscope after it has been pulled out of the body cavity, and mucus and dirt attached to the inserted part will not stick to the surgeon's hands, clothes, or other instruments, resulting in sanitary conditions. The cleaning operation of the endoscope is also extremely simple. Furthermore, since the cleaning tank extends upward together with the nozzle, there is no chance of the cleaning liquid scattering, which is very effective.
