る心金を成形型内に挿入し、そして成形型を所定

や砂を供給して所期の遠心成形を行なうものであ
る。ところで心金は台車に片持ちされ、そして先
端側に樹指液や砂を供給するための材料供給部が
設けられている。また心金内には材料供給部に達
する配管や駆動軸などが設けられている。このよ
うな心金に強化繊維布を予め巻装させるに、従来
では第1図に示すように、強化繊維布1をロール
状に巻回してなるロール軸2を、心金3の周りの
一定経路4上で回転させ、以つて強化繊維布1を
心金3に巻き移している。この形式によるとロー
ル軸2側を回転させなければならないので自動化
がしにくく、装置が大がかりとなり、また能率も
悪い。なぜ能率が悪いかと言えば、ロール軸2側
を回す期間はスペースを有効に使えず、その間は
じつとしておかなくてはだめで、その期間は成形
が行なえない。

動軸(いずれも図示せず)などが設けられてい
る。前記心金16の中間と基端には夫々リング体
23,24がシール部材25,26を介して回転
可能に取付けてある。27は両リング体23,2
4間に連設され且つ心金16に外嵌する筒体で、
該心金16との間隙にはシール部材25,26で
漏れ防止を行なつた状態で液体28が加圧状態で
封入されている。この液体28を封入する理由
は、該液体28の圧力により薄く製作した筒体2
7を拡張することによつて潤滑効果を上げること
であり、同時に心金16の機械加工を省略し得
る。液体28としては粘性の低い油やアルコール
などが採用される。中間のリング体23には弁2
