内部に収容室２を有した開閉可能な容器１０の左右両側
面′にそれぞれ細巾の開口部４を設け、この開口部の両
側１こ連らなってそれぞれ挾持部１０−ａｔｌＯａを形
成した容器１０内に、該容器の左右方向の長さよりやや
長く形成すると共に、前記開口部の長さより長く形成し
、内部に空気と化合−する薬剤を収容した密封袋２０の
両側を前記開口部から外方にそれぞれ突出させると共に
、この開口部の両側に連らなる挾持部１０ａｔ１０
ａで密封袋２０の両側端をそれぞれ挾持し、この容器外
に位置させた密封袋の両側端に設けた接着部２１の内側
にそれぞれ切取用の切欠部２３を設け、この切欠部から
容器の側面に沿って該密封袋の両側に設けた側辺部を切
