[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of application of the invention] This invention relates to a wood peeling machine, and more specifically, a plurality of chains with peeling notches are installed horizontally, and bark is removed by rotation of these chains. This relates to a wood peeling machine that removes the bark from wood.

For example, as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 45-28528, the barkers used in conventional chip factories are those in which wood is placed in a container and the wood is peeled by stirring, friction, hitting, etc. Ta. Therefore, in order to carry wood into a container, a method has been used in which the wood is lifted high using a conveyor, forklift, etc., and then dropped into the container from a specific location. In this case, the contractor responsible for transporting the wood into the container could not monitor the movement of the wood in the container or the state of debarking, resulting in a shortage of supercharging material or supply, which was one of the causes of a decline in work efficiency. In addition, because large-diameter trees are heavy, they peel quickly but move slowly inside the container, making it difficult to remove them and the damage to the woody parts is extremely large, making it impossible to remove the bark quickly.

The object of this invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, to provide a container-less debarking machine that reduces damage to the wood and can be carried in and out of any location.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, this invention arranges a plurality of plate-like members with gaps of a certain width so as to form a plane, and the end portions of these plate-like members are in contact with the above-mentioned plate-like members. A collision plate having an inclined portion at the end and a relief groove approximately equal to the gap width is fixed to the inclined portion, and a peeling notch protruding upward from the gap is provided below between the plate-like members at a predetermined gap. The chain attached to the chain is stretched between the chain wheels, and the wood carried onto the plate-like member is stripped by impact and friction agitation with the notch, which moves with the rotation of the chain block.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the peeling machine of this invention consists of a plurality of plate-like members 1 separated by gaps 2 of a constant width, and planar receiving shelves 4 having a substantially constant area.
At the end of this receiving fence 4, one edge is bent inward to form a sloped part as shown in FIG. A collision plate 7 provided with a narrow relief groove 6 having a width equal to the gap width between the plate-shaped members is attached perpendicularly to the plate-shaped member 1 so as not to obstruct the passage of the plate-shaped members 10,
Below both ends of the receiving fence 4 in the width direction, a wheel support shaft 9ab with chain wheels 8a and 8b attached thereto is disposed at a position corresponding to the gap 2 between the plate members, and a wheel support shaft 9ab is provided between the chain wheels 8a and 8b. A chain 11 with peeling notches 10 having a saw-blade-like slope extending over the plate member 1 from the gap 2 at regular intervals is stretched across the chain 11, and the motor 12 is connected to the chain 13 around the wheel support shaft 9a. It is configured to transmit power through the

In the embodiment, receiving fences 4 each having a unit area each made up of a plurality of plate-like members are arranged in a fixed-dimension manner, and the collision plate 7 is placed slightly diagonally with respect to the plate-like member 1. Installation, chain wheels 8a, 8b
The wheel support shafts 9a and 9b to which the wheel support shafts are attached are divided and arranged according to the width of the receiving fence of the unit area, and power is transmitted to each wheel support shaft by a plurality of motors, respectively. In addition, at one end of the receiving fence 4 in the length direction, there is a live deck 1 for carrying logs onto the receiving fence.
4 is installed.

First, the motor 12 and the live deck 14 are operated, and then the log a is carried onto the receiving fence 4 via the live deck 14. The log a carried onto the receiving fence 4 slides on the receiving fence 4 by the debarking notch 10 that moves as the chain 11 rotates and collides with the collision plate 7 as shown in FIG. 4. When the log a is sandwiched between the collision plate 7 and the peeling notch 10 before the collision plate 7 and the peeling notch 10 intersect, a strong force is applied, but the log a is lifted upward by the inclined portion 5, and at this time The bark is rubbed off with a certain pressure by the peeling notch 10. If the pressure at this time is too great, the woody part will be scraped off or small-diameter trees will break, but in the above-mentioned slope section 5, large-diameter trees and logs that are too heavy to lift are stacked up in many layers, and the bottom layer When a large pressure is applied to the log, the debarking notch 10 sinks below the upper surface of the plate member 1 constituting the receiving fence 4 and passes through it, as shown by the broken line in FIG. At that time, the rotational force and the collision plate 7 are applied to the log a.
A reaction force is generated due to the collision, and the chain 11 rolls out in a direction opposite to the traveling direction of the chain 11 while rotating. A slight slack allowance is provided in the chain 11 to which the peeling notch 10 is fixed in this way, and by creating a phase shift in chain rotation as shown in FIG. 1, the position of the peeling notch can be partially changed. and,
Since the collision plate 7 is installed so as to be swung slightly clockwise from the state perpendicular to the plate member 1, the log a repeatedly collides with the collision plate 7 and moves on the receiving fence 4 in a direction parallel to the collision plate 7. It will be carried out.

In addition, in the case of logs that are relatively easy to debark, they can be transported to any location on the receiving fence 4 using a forklift or the like without being fed from the live deck 14, and since the receiving fence 4 is flat, the movement of the logs and the debarking can be controlled easily. The situation can be seen at a glance, improving work efficiency and the yield of debarking raw wood.
