Satsushi window frames are usually fixed to the opening formed by the left and right pillars, the upper and lower lintels, and the window sill using nails, screws, etc. However, recently, an increasing number of buildings have exterior walls made of heat-insulating panels, and since it is not possible to secure window frames with nails, etc. to the openings of such buildings, various measures have been taken. However, I still haven't found anything that satisfies me.

In order to attach a sash window frame to an opening in an outer wall made of the heat insulating panel configured as described above, after assembling the sash window frame by joining the upper and lower frames 3 and 4 and the vertical frames 5 and 6, the heat insulating panel 1 The space formed around the periphery of the opening 2 and the space outside the sash window frame are filled with, for example, a fibrous heat insulating material 11a, and the outdoor mounting pieces 36, 45 of the lower frame 3 and upper frame 4 are insulated. It is inserted into the indoor side of the outdoor mounting portions 14, 14a of the panel 1.
Next, attach the indoor mounting piece 32 of the lower frame 3 to the insulation panel 1.
The indoor mounting piece 44 of the upper frame 4 is attached to the mounting part 15a of the heat insulating panel 1.
Abuts against the indoor side of the room. Furthermore, the indoor side mounting pieces 55, 56 of the left and right vertical frames 5, 6 are brought into contact with the indoor side of the mounting parts 16, 16a of the heat insulating panel 1, and each mounting piece 32,
36, 44, 45 and 55, 56 with screws etc. to each mounting part 15, 14, 15a, 14a and 16,
16a. Next, the waterproofing device 7 is attached to the ends of the outdoor steel plates 12 on the left and right sides of the opening via caulking material 71.
2 are fitted together, the mounting portions 73 thereof are brought into contact with the mounting pieces 54, 64 of the vertical frames 5, 6, and fixed with screws or the like. Finally, the periphery of the outdoor opening is filled with caulking material 74, and the frame is attached to the recessed portion of the indoor opening, thereby completing the installation of the sash window frame.
