固設したシール蓋と、前記シャフトの軸受部の上下突出
部分に配設した二重メカニカルシールと、二重メカニカ
ルシール間に配設した水受けと、二重メカ二ガルシール
間と前記シール蓋の中央のシャフト軸受部固設部上に配
設した外蓋と、外蓋に穿設した連通孔と、当該連通孔に
連結され、前記シール蓋およびフレーム外側に沿って電
動機下部に延設したパイプと、前記フレームおよびシー
ル蓋下部においてパイプに連結した水タンクとを有する
