形成されたネジに螺着された外蓋と、前記外蓋と中栓と
の間に介装されたチェックバルブとから成り、前記中栓
は中央部に穴を有し、又前記チェックバルブは弾性支持
杆によって支持された弁体を備え、この弁体が前記中栓
の穴の上面に弾力的に当接して該穴を封塞しており、更
に前記外蓋は上部に注出口を備え且つ外蓋上壁面から下
方に延設した押え杆を有し、この押え杆が外蓋閉塞時に
おいて前記チェックバルブの弁体上面に当接すべく構成
