The material veneers are laminated and pressed together to form a fritsch.
In the conventional manufacturing method of artificial decorative veneer, in which each layer of each material veneer is expressed as a wood grain pattern by slicing these frits, flat material veneers are laminated as they are with an adhesive. The surface of the artificially decorated veneer only shows monotonous growth ring lines, making it impossible to faithfully reproduce the grain pattern of natural wood, which has variations in grain width.

The following method can be used to express such changes in grain width seen in natural wood. That is, the method for producing this artificially decorated veneer consists of laminating a plurality of dyed and dried material veneers 1 with an adhesive as shown in FIG. The concave-convex deformed fritches 3 are obtained by pressure bonding, and the concave-convex deformed fritches 3 are sliced into pieces with a thickness of 5 to 30 mm from the direction (horizontal direction in this example) intersecting the laminated surface, as shown in Figure C. A composite veneer 4 is obtained in which the layers of each material veneer 1 are reproduced in a wood grain pattern on the surface, and the material surface of this composite veneer 4 is partially scraped to create a local recess as shown in FIG. A plurality of composite veneers 4 subjected to the unevenness processing are pressed and bonded using an adhesive in a flat mold as shown in FIG. 5 is sliced in the horizontal direction parallel to the laminated surface to obtain an artificial decorative veneer 6 as shown in FIG.

In this way, by laminating and press-bonding the composite veneer 4 again in a flat form, the laminated surface of the composite veneer 4 becomes as shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view in FIG. 2 due to the dispersed recesses 4a. As shown, the uneven deformation occurs, and as a result, the material surface of the artificial decorative veneer 6 obtained by slicing the fritches 5 obtained by laminating and press-bonding the composite veneers 4 in parallel to the laminated surface. As shown in FIG. 1F, the unevenness of the laminated surface directly appears as a change in the width of the wood grain, and an artificial decorative veneer 6 with a wood grain pattern having a change in the width of the wood grain can be obtained.

In addition, as an uneven processing treatment applied to the surface of the composite veneer 4, as shown in FIG. It may be something that forms,
By doing so, the fritches 5 obtained from this composite veneer 4 are sliced parallel to the laminated surface of the synthetic veneer 6', and the surface of the artificial decorative veneer 6' shown in FIG.
It is possible to reproduce a pattern in which the wood grain pattern of the composite veneer 4 changes into a wavy shape as shown in B and C.

Composite veneer thickness: 10 mm Adhesive application conditions: Type: Urethane Amount: 130 g/m 2 Uneven processing: 1-2 mm deep groove re-compression pressure: 30 Kg/cm 2 In this way, the wood grain pattern expressed on the surface of the composite veneer 4 is processed by processing the surface of the composite veneer 4 to create an uneven surface, and then laminating the material again and bonding it by pressure using a flat die. Since the wavy shape is obtained by slicing, it is possible to obtain artificial decorative veneers 6, 6' with patterns having various grain changes by using the above-mentioned unevenness processing method, using one type of unevenness 2. The wood grain pattern can reproduce the changes in grain width seen in natural wood.

An outline of this invention is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
That is, the method for producing this artificial decorative veneer is to stack a plurality of raw material veneers 1 and 1' with an adhesive (FIG. 5C), and then press and bond them using a concave-convex mold 2 to form a concave-convex deformed frit 3'. (D in the same figure), and this uneven deformed fritsch 3' is sliced in a predetermined direction to obtain an artificial decorative veneer 6'' that expresses a wood grain pattern on the surface (E in the same figure).
The method for producing an artificially decorated veneer includes adding a plurality of cuts 1'a to the material veneer 1' as shown in FIG. 5A, and dyeing the material veneer 1' with the cuts in a dye bath. After the treatment, one side is subjected to textile printing and then drying, and as shown in Figure B, an adhesive is applied to that side using a roll coater 7, etc., and during this coating process, as shown in Figure 6. A folded part 1'b is made at the cut 1'a, and this material veneer 1' and another dyed material veneer 1 without the cut are combined and laminated as shown in FIG. 5C. It is.

As the material veneer 1', a relatively large piece of wood with a conduit is used, and its thickness is 0.8 mm or less.
Then, the direction of the cut 1'a is aligned with the direction of the conduit, and when the concave-convex die 2 is pressed, the direction of the cut 1'a is aligned in the longitudinal direction of the concave-convex die 2 shown in FIG. do.

In this way, in the process of applying adhesive to the cut material veneer 1', a folded part 1'b is formed in the cut 1'a as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. Due to the part 1'b, an overlapping part is formed on the laminated surface in the fritching process using the uneven mold 2, and the material surface of the artificial decorative veneer 6'' obtained by slicing this uneven deformed frit 3' is caused by the overlapping part. The wavy wood grain portion 6″a is expressed, and the wood grain line represented by the material veneer 1 stacked above and below the cut material veneer 1′ is also affected by pressure due to the wavy wood grain portion 6″a caused by the overlapping portion. As a result, the overall wood grain pattern changes in a wavy manner and the width of the wood grain changes, making it possible to create an artificial decorative veneer 6'' with a wood grain pattern that closely resembles natural wood.

As shown in Figure B, prepare another lower mold of the uneven mold 2, and as shown in Figure B, one lower mold 2a and the upper mold 2
During the first step of press-bonding the material veneers 1, 1' laminated in step b, the material veneers 1, 1' are laminated on the other lower die 2'a, and as shown in FIG. (2) As shown in FIG. 9A, in the first cycle, adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the lowermost layer material veneer 1 using a roll coater while it is placed on the lower mold 2a, and the same goes for the rest. The material veneers 1 are laminated one after another, and the uppermost layer material veneer 1 is not coated with adhesive, and from the second cycle onward, the fritches 3' of the first cycle obtained in this way are shown in Figure B. As shown, the fritch 3' is placed on the lower mold 2a, and adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the frit 3' by spraying. Then, the bottom layer material veneer 1 is layered on top of the fritch 3', and adhesive is applied to the upper surface using a roll coater. The material veneer 1 is then sequentially laminated on top of the material veneer 1, and no adhesive is applied to the uppermost layer material veneer 1.
