In addition to observation optical system components such as a light guide, the endoscope has a built-in channel for inserting biopsy forceps and supplying and inhaling air.This channel is inserted through the insertion section of the endoscope. It is guided by the tip of the section. Conventionally, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, the channel a is communicated with the suction forceps hole d formed in the rigid tip part c via the guide tube b, and the guide tube b is connected to the suction forceps hole d formed in the rigid tip part c. It is fixed by brazing e on the rear side. Furthermore, even if this part is simply fixed with adhesive instead of brazing, the adhesive part is the corner of the rigid tip part and the guide tube, so both the rigid tip part and the guide tube are made of metal. If it is, the adhesive strength will be weak. If the adhesive strength is weak, the guide tube may come off from the rigid tip, and if bodily fluids or the like enter the endoscope, there is a risk that various parts built into the endoscope may be damaged.

The present invention was made based on the above-mentioned circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide an endoscope in which corrosion of the brazed portion of the guide tube is prevented and high joint strength can be maintained.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. In the figure, 1 indicates an endoscope, and 2
3 is an insertion section of this endoscope 1, and 3 is an operation section. 4
is a rigid tip portion attached to the tip of the insertion portion 2, and the rigid tip portion 4 is formed with a mounting hole 5 for attaching an observation optical system member such as a lens. Further, a through hole 6 is formed in the rigid tip portion 4, and a guide tube 7 is inserted through the through hole 6.
The guide tube 7 is fixed to the rear side of the rigid tip portion 4 by soldering or the like, and a pipe-shaped channel 8 is connected to the rear end thereof. This channel 8 is inserted through the insertion section 2 and communicated with a forceps port and a suction mechanism (not shown).

On the other hand, the tip of the guide tube 7 slightly protrudes from the front end surface of the rigid tip section 4, and a sealing material 10 is filled between the outer circumference of the tip of the guide tube 7 and the front end surface of the rigid tip section 4 over the entire circumference. has been done. More specifically, in this embodiment, the diameter of the tip of the through hole 6 is expanded into a tapered shape, and this expanded diameter portion is used as the sealing material filling portion 11;
This sealing material filling portion 11 is filled with a sealing material 10. The sealing material 10 is preferably one that has water resistance and acid resistance, such as an epoxy resin adhesive, and exhibits waterproof properties by curing after application.

As described above, according to the above embodiment, the sealing material 10
Since the gap between the outer surface of the guide tube 7 and the inner surface of the through hole 6 is closed and watertight is maintained, even if the rigid tip portion 4 is immersed in gastric juice or the like, the gastric juice or the like will not be absorbed into the brazed area 7a. Corrosion of the brazed portion 7a can be prevented without penetrating into the brazing area 7a. Note that if the sealant 10 has sufficient adhesive strength, the sealant filling portion 1
1, the sealing material 10 may simply be filled between the outer periphery of the distal end of the guide tube 7 and the rigid distal end portion 4.

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the tip of the guide tube 7 is filled with a sealing material 10 without protruding from the end surface of the rigid tip portion 4. As shown in FIG. That is, according to this embodiment, the guide tube 7
Since the tip of the guide tube 7 does not protrude, there is no risk that the inside of the body cavity will be injured by the guide tube 7.

As explained above, in this invention, the metallic guide tubes are fixed to each other by brazing on the rear side of the rigid tip part, which is also made of metal, so that the guide tube can be firmly fixed to the rigid tip part with high reliability. , Since acid-resistant sealing material is filled all around the circumference between the outer circumference of the tip of the guide tube and the front end surface of the rigid tip, the gap between the outer surface of the guide tube and the inner surface of the through hole is reduced. This can prevent gastric juices, other mucus, medicines, washing water, etc. from entering through the skin. Therefore, the brazed portion of the guide tube is prevented from being corroded by these fluids, particularly gastric fluid with high acidity, and high joint strength can be maintained, making it possible to provide a highly durable endoscope.
