(Prior Art) Generally, when manufacturing textiles using synthetic multifilament fibers for clothing, a method has been adopted in which starch is applied to the warp threads.

In the case of processed yarn fabrics, glued threads have been used as warp threads, but
The process of sizing is extremely low in productivity and costs high as it consumes a large amount of sizing agent and a huge amount of energy, so in recent years, air treatment has been used to create open channels between the single threads of the yarn. Interlaced yarn is used as the warp yarn, and sizing has been adopted industrially as a method to omit the process.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, even in interlaced yarns, reed wear is severe in looms such as water jet looms, and when the spinning machine is operated at high speeds of 700 rpm or more, filament fuzz occurs. Problems such as an increase in the number of machine stoppages have become a problem.

In general, in the case of glue ("l'M"), the filaments are covered with a film of glue, so reed abrasion does not occur (However, in the case of mixed pongee yarn, the contact between the filament and the reed causes the filament to come into contact with the reed, and when the filament is graded for about 10,000 m, Reed wear becomes noticeable, and filament breakage occurs due to wear.Also, if the 1i!1 rotation speed of the water jet loom becomes high-speed rotation exceeding 700 rpm, the filament cannot be focused only by interlacing. Due to the lack of strength, warp filament breakage, fuzz, etc. occur, which increases the number of stops of the loom, resulting in a decrease in IM weaving efficiency. As a result of my consideration, I completed this Komei.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In the method of the present invention, when weaving using false twisted yarn with a number of entanglements of 80 to 100 threads/rn as warp threads, an acrylic sizing agent of 60 to 60% is applied before weaving. 80% by weight, smooth oil agent 2

Hereinafter, the above-mentioned non-invention will be further explained in detail. Examples of the acrylic thickening agent used in the present invention include polyacrylic ester, polyacrylic acid, polymethacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylamide, etc.
Particularly preferred are polyacrylic acid esters, and those obtained by copolymerizing each component therewith are the most suitable. The side weight of the acrylic glue in the processing agent must be within the range of 60 to 80 tons, preferably 65 to 75 tons. If it exceeds 80 parts, the stickiness becomes too strong and causes the filaments to adhere to each other, leading to failure to open on the loom table. Furthermore, if the amount is less than 60 parts, the filament will not have sufficient convergence and will not be effective in protecting against reed wear, high speed rotation, etc. of the loom.

These combinations may be blended in such a way as to improve smoothness, and other components such as anionic activators, nonionic activators, antistatic agents, etc. may be included as appropriate. The proportion of the oil agent in the processing agent is 20 to 40 parts, preferably 25 to 40 parts.
There are 35 cities. If the content exceeds 40 parts, the effect of the acrylic resin in the treatment agent will be hindered, and the objectives such as preventing reed wear and high speed rotation of the loom will not be achieved. Conversely, if the amount is less than 20 parts, the flatness of the filament will be insufficient and fuzz will occur due to the thick edges of the heddles and reeds.

次に処理剤の付与方性、付着量等inついて説明する。Next, the manner in which the treatment agent is applied, the amount of attachment, etc. will be explained.

The processing agent is an emulsion bath having a solid content of 10 to 20-1% and can be used easily. The amount of addition is 0.5 to 4 ffii1%, preferably 1 to 2 1% and 1% to the spinning wheel turtle. If the amount of adhesion is small, the effect of the treatment agent will not be absorbed, and if there are too many points, the filaments will adhere to each other. The places where it is applied are during false twisting, p

When the filament is dried by blowing hot air of ~10 tn/sec at a temperature of 80 to 100°C, the acrylic resin coating on the filament becomes stronger and the effect on reed wear prevention becomes even more remarkable. It also has additional effects such as reducing glue falling on the loom table.

in the range of 85 to 80 ke/m, preferably 85 to 80 ke/m;
If the number is less than 0, the filaments will not have sufficient convergence and fuzz will increase, making weaving impossible. Moreover, when the number of entanglements exceeds 100, the number of entanglements remaining in the gray fabric increases, causing an irritation phenomenon and deteriorating the quality of the fabric. To impart entanglement to the false twisted yarn, it may be passed through a conventional fluid treatment device.

(Effects of the Invention) In the present invention, as described above, a treatment agent is applied to the intertwined false twisted yarn used as the warp, and the treatment agent improves the bundled shape of the yarn, coats the filaments, Smoothes the friction between thread and metal and prevents filaments from adhering to each other. It has many effects, such as preventing the generation of fuzz due to the rubbing of the filaments together, so even when the treated yarn is used as a warp and the water jet is rotated at high speed, there is extremely little wear on the reed and there is no chance of filament breakage. There was less fuzz, making it possible to operate the loom at a high operating rate.

Comparative Example 1 The same false twisted yarn as in Example was used as the warp, and after warping with a warper and beamer, it was set in a water jet loom at a rotation speed of 700 rpm, but the number of stops due to filament breakage and fuzz in the warp was 6. .Extremely high, 4 times in 71 days.
Furthermore, after 10,000 m of fiber weaving, the reeds were so worn that it was difficult to continue weaving with the same reeds.
