Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ロボット等へ取り付けるためのフランジを固着した第１
    シリンダーと、この第１シ，リンダー内に挿入した第２
    シリンダーを兼用する第１ピストンとその復帰用スプリ
    ングと、この第１ピストン内に挿入した第２ピストン点
    その復帰用スプリングとによってダブルエアーシリンダ
    ーを形成し、前記第１ピストンの端部と第１シリンダー
    の端部に夫々同芯状の一対のノズルを連結しこのノズル
    に夫々同芯状のチューブの一端を連結すると共に、２本
    の配管通路を有する分岐器に前記通路に夫々連通ずる同
    芯状のノズルを設け、このノズルに前記チューブの他端
    を夫々連結して構成したことを特徴とするダブルエアー
    シリンダー配管装置。
