Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はボールペン、繊維ペン(通称、サイン
ペン)の筆記具において特に水性インキを使用す
る筆記具の書記部のインキ乾燥防止に関する改良
である。

難いため使用されるに至つた。この水性インキは
油性に比べて書記部のインキが乾燥し易いために
これが乾燥を防止するための提案が多数提示され
ているが、単に書記部のみを密閉することでは充
分な効果が得られずカートリツジ式書記体に開け
る通気孔についても考慮しないと充分に目的を達
成できない。この発明の目的はこの通気孔と外気
との連通をも書記部と併せ遮断してインキの乾燥
を防止せんとするにある。

し、この大径孔5に後記する筒状に形成した閉塞
部材7を嵌着する、又首部2は下端よりに環状突
出縁2bを形成し、下方の外周に螺糸2cを刻設
して軸筒1に取外せるように螺着し、更に前記環
状突出縁2bの上面に環状凹入部14を設け、こ
れにキヤツプ12の下端内周面に設けた環状突出
縁13を嵌入してキヤツプ12を首部2に緊密に
嵌合させる、この外はキヤツプ2を緊密に嵌着さ
せるために軸筒1の外周に堅く嵌合する構成とし
ても勿論よいものである。

6と軸筒1の内部1a内との空気の流通遮断を形
成する他の実施例として第3図に示すように筒状
閉塞部材7の筒状部9の内周に内方に突出する環
状リング10を設けてカートリツジ式書記体3の
小径筒部3bの外径に大・小の径差であつてもこ
の環状リング10が接着して前記同様に首部2の
中心孔6と軸筒1の内部1aとの通気を遮断す
る。11はコイルバネでカートリツジ式書記体3
の小径筒部3b肩部と首部2の中心孔との肩部間
に装着してカートリツジ式書記体3を取換えに当
たつて取外し易いためで、カートリツジ式書記体
3の挿入部である小径筒部3bの外径と筒状閉塞
部材7の孔径に差がなく堅く嵌挿した場合に採用

筆記具にも同様にして利用できることは明らかで
ある。
