３図は、この考案の他の実施例に係る気一気熱交換器の
適用系統図、第４図は、第３図に示す気一気熱交換器を
適用した場合の循環洗浄液の濁度変化を説明する図、第
５図は、この考案実施例の洗浄効果を比較例とともに示
す洗浄液のｐＨと洗浄時間の関係図、第６〜第１１図は
、それぞれこの考案の他の実施例に係る洗浄液ノズル部
の構造説明図、第１２図は、従来の気一気熱交換器の正
面断面図、第１３図は、気一気熱交換器を適用した従来
脱硫プロセスの系統図である。

Claims (6)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）複数本のフィン付熱媒体案内用パイプから形成さ
    れる熱交パイルを被燃交ガスの流れに沿って複数段状に
    備え、かつ付着ダスト等の除去用スートブロア系統を備
    えた酸性化合物含有ガスの気一気熱交換器であって、上
    記付着ダスト等の付着層へアルカリ溶液と洗浄水を切替
    自在に供給可能とするノズル付設の洗浄系統を設けたこ
    とを特徴とする気一気熱交換器。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、上記の
    洗浄系統はスートブロア系統と共用されたものであるこ
    とを特徴とする気一気熱交換器。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、上記の
    洗浄系統は熱交パネルの上流側へ向けて開口するノズル
    を有するものであることを特徴とする気一気熱交換器。
  4. （４）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、上記の
    洗浄系統は隣合う熱交パネルの上流側と下流側へ向けて
    開口するノズルを有するものであることを特徴とする気
    一気熱交換器。
  5. （５）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、上記ア
    ルカリ溶液から洗浄本への供給の切替は、アルカリ溶液
    供給にともない発生する排水のｐＨ変化情報を基に行う
    ことを特徴とする気一気熱交換器。
  6. （６）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、上記ア
    ルカリ溶液の供給は気一気熱交換器とアルカリ溶液タン
    ク間を設けられるアルカリ溶液の循環系統を利用して行
    い、かつアルカリ溶液から洗浄水への供給の切替は上記
    循環系統を流れるアルカリ溶液の濁度変化情報を基に行
    うことを特徴とする気一気熱交換器。
