Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of noise, by supplying lubricating oil in a feed tube to be recirculated and lubricating inside the feed tube. CONSTITUTION:A feed tube 5 inserts into its hollow part 7a rotating bar material 4 from an end opening part while a push rod 8 from behind the bar material. The push rod 8, pressing the rear end of the bar material, urges the bar material in its feed direction. This urging action is performed by a transmission chain 13 wound on sprockets 11, 12. Lubricating oil, being supplied to the rear end of the feed tube 5 from an oil source 16 through a supply oil pipe 15, is recirculated to the oil source 16 through a discharge oil pipe 20. A noise is prevented by lubricating inside the feed tube 5.

一部フィードチーープ内に挿入された押し棒と一部押し
棒に固定されると共に上記フィードチューブの摺割を通
ってフィードチューブ外に突出したフラグと一部フラグ
に連結され上記押し棒を送り方向に付勢する押し棒付勢
手段と一上記フィードチューブ内に潤滑油を供給する油
供給手段と、中空部を有しこの中空部内に上記フィード
チューブが挿入されると共にフィードチー−プから溢流
した潤滑油の流路を形成するカバーチューブと一部カパ
ーチューブの中空部と連通し該カバーチューブの内周上
の潤滑油を回収する油排出手段とを具備した構成をなす

ーチー−ブにより装置外に漏れ出すことを防止されつつ
円滑に還流するので、構成の簡素化及び効率的な騒音防
止に大きな効果を奏する棒材供給装置を提供することが
できる。

グと、該フラグに連結され上記押し棒を送り方向に付勢
する押し棒付勢手段と、上記フィードチューブ内に潤滑
油を供給する油供給手段と、中空部を有しこの中空部内
に上記フィードチューブが挿入されると共に該フィード
チューブから溢流した潤滑油の流路を形成するカバーチ
ューブと、該カバーチューブの中空部と連通し該カバー
チューブの内周上の潤滑油を回収する油排出手段とを具
備したことを特徴とする棒材供給装置。
