Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent slip-off and stop rotation easily after injection and to obtain relatively wide range of dimension accuracy by performing null processing on the external circumference of an outer ring of a bearing. CONSTITUTION:A straight null 14 is provided on the external circumference of an outer ring 13. A rolling unit 12 is provided between an inner ring 11 and the outer ring 13. Thus, the null is provided on the external circumference of the bearing outer ring 13 and injected into a concave portion of an object to be injected, and the null portion is caught by the wall of the cave portion to prevent slip-off and rotation, then wider tolerance range of dimension accuracy of each portion can be obtained comparing with fit dimension. When injecting, compression stress was applied to the whole bearing and failure in bearing rotation occurred, but as the null portion is caught in the cave portion of the object to be injected and fixed, the compression stress applied to the bearing becomes small and failure in bearing rotation can be prevented.

寸法のバラツキによシ、圧入不十分及びベアリング回転
不良が発生した。接着固定においては、乾燥迄に時間を
要し、又、ゴミ、油等による固定力の変動及び余分の接
着剤による二次的事故の発生があった。

本発明のベアリングの固定構造は、外周にナールを有す

記ベアリングを前記ナールを介して出入固定する穴を有
する被固定物とを具備することを特徴とする。

る圧縮応力が比較的小さく、ベアリング回転不良が防止
出来る。
