ノズル1の軸心がベンチユリ管軸心より下位にな
るように変位させてガス噴流を背圧の影響を減少
させて流れをスムーズとし、一次空気の吸引を良
好として赤火、すすの発生、不完全燃焼等の原因
を排除し、常に完全燃焼させて安全性の向上を図
つたものである。

(例えば13A,LPG)では赤火、すすの発生、不
完全燃焼等の原因となる場合が多い欠点があつ
た。

ユリ管2の軸心bと同一軸線の0附近より下方約
1.5mmまでの範囲であり、この考案はその極小の
赤火の範囲でも取付け誤差を考慮して上下に余裕
をとつてベンチユリ管2の軸心bより約0.5〜1.0
mm下方の範囲をノズル1の設置範囲としたもので
ある。従つてノズル1を上記範囲に設ければガス
噴流の正面に流れの障害となる壁の影響が少くな
り、ノズル噴流はベンチユリ管2の下辺から立上
り部の湾曲壁に沿つて円滑に上昇し、従つて、バ
ーナユニツト内の背圧Cがノズル噴流に対し真正
面から対向することが減少するからノズル1から
のガス噴流の流れは背圧に影響されずスムーズと
なり一次空気の吸引は非常に良好となる。また、
バーナAを複数個連続状に組立てた場合のわずか
な組立て誤差によるノズルセンサーのずれ、又は
ノズル製作時に生ずる誤差及び取付け誤差によつ
てノズルとベンチユリのセンターのずれがベンチ
ユリの軸心より、上方となつたとき前述の理由に
より一次空気の吸引が悪くなり、赤火となるが、
ノズルのセンターをこの考案では極小の赤火の範
囲のうちでベンチユリ管の軸心より下方の0.5〜
1.0mmの範囲としたので、ノズルの組立時にノズ
ルセンターの設置が容易であり、又例え取付け誤
差で前記範囲より多少のずれを生じてもその両側
に若干極小の赤火範囲の余裕があるから充分に一
次空気が吸引され完全燃焼させることができる。
従つてガス噴出用ノズルからのガスの流れがスム
ーズとなり一次空気の吸引が容易となるので
LPG,13Aガス等の発熱量の高いガスでも赤火や
すすの発生、不完全燃焼等が解消できてこの種の
ガス燃焼器を安全に使用することができる効果が
ある。
