内蔵型圧電共振子において′、圧電基板の対向主面に一
対の振動電極が設けられるととも１表一方の振動電極が
設けられた面上に一対のコンデンサ電極が設けられて一
方のコンデンサ電極が一方の振動電極に導通されると共
に同一品に形成されている第１の中ット側端子電極に導
通される一方、他方のコンデンサ電極は同一面に形成さ
れている第１のアース端子電極に導通されており、他方
の振動電極が設けられた面上に一対のコンデンサ電極が
設けられて一方のコンデンサ電極が他方の振動電極に導
通されると共に同一面に形成されている第２のホット側
端子電極に導通される一方、他方のコンデンサ電極は同
一面に形成されている第２のアース端子電極に導通され
ている、静電容量内蔵型圧電共振子。In a piezoelectric resonator with built-in capacitance, in which an energy-containing piezoelectric resonator element and two capacitors are formed on a single piezoelectric substrate, a pair of vibrating electrodes are provided on the opposing principal surfaces of the piezoelectric substrate.
