出し、外側弁部材1の端面に設けられた放射方向
の切欠き24に嵌合している。円錐面63に対向
する位置の大径内周面にはV形断面の環状溝11
が設けられており、こゝに結合用リング25が嵌
着して円錐面63に圧接している。結合用リング
25は円形断面を持つた有端リングであるが、円
錐面63にガタなく接触し、ピニオン軸6と外側
弁部材1とを軸方向に固定するものであれば断面
形状やリング形状を実施例に限定するものではな
い。外側弁部材1のハンドル側にはリアカバー1
2がボルト26でバルブハウジング5およびギヤ
ハウジング23と一体に結合されており、リアカ
バー12内は内外2個の弁部材1,2に接触しな
い形になつている。リアカバー12にはスタブシ
ヤフト3との間に針状ころ軸受16、オイルシー
ル18およびオイルシール固定部材28,29が
あるが、バルブハウジング5にねじ嵌合ではない
ので、バルブハウジング5内に深く入り込む必要
はない。なお符号17はオイルシール、27はフ
ロートカバであるが、フロント側は玉軸受14を
ピニオン軸6に対して軸方向両側に固定すれば第
1図の従来の構造と同様にしてもよい。また、舵
取歯車をラツクピニオン式として例示したが、ボ
ールねじ式でも他形式でも、ウオーム軸を外側弁
部材に実施例同様に連結すればよい。

い取付状態の場合の設計上の制約を取り除いた効
果がある。さらにこの考案による外側弁部材は比
較的容易にピニオン軸から取はずすことが出来る
ので、仮組立後に内側弁部材又は、バルブハウジ
ングとの嵌合寸法を再選択して交換し再調整して
品質を向上させることが可能であり、又ピン孔の
共加工などのように組立工程の流れの中に機械加
工による成形を行う必要がないので、工程が単純
になり管理上の利点が生ずる。

大径円筒面に嵌合し、また、該連結部には前記
環状溝に対応する位置に反バルブ側に向つて小
径となる円錐面が形成され、前記環状溝に結合
用リングが嵌合され、該結合用リングが前記円
錐面に接触して前記外側弁部材が前記舵取部材
に軸方向に固定され、さらに、前記連結部には
