Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はコンバインや脱殻機等の殻類調製機に
用いられる殻粒搬送装置の駆動機構に係り、即ち
機体内の底部近くに略水平として用いられる螺旋
式搬送機とこの搬送機より送り出された殻粒を上
方に移送させる縦搬送機の連結部における動力伝
達機構の改良に関するものである。

た脱殻機体3或はタンク機体4における横、縦両
搬送機5,7ないし6,8の接続部における動力
伝達駆動機構を要旨とするもので、以下機体4が
わの搬送機6,8を詳細に示す図例のものについ
て述べるに、機体4の底部より外側部に突出され
る螺旋軸9の端部の傘歯車10に齧合する傘歯車
11を取付けた中間軸12の下端と、上記縦搬送
機8の螺旋軸13の下方突出部とを略水平となし
た動力伝達部14にて運動連結させるのである。
尚この伝達部14は図においてベルト15を介し
て連動せしめる一対の調車として示したが、直接
結合しうる平歯車を用いても差支えないのであ
る。図中16は機体4の樋状をなす底部を延長す
るようその一端にサポート17を介して回動可能
に連結した排出筒で、側部に縦搬送筒8が内部を
連通状態として連結させるのであり、18は傘歯
車10、11を含む中間軸12の上部をカバーす
る保護筒、19,20は各縦搬送機7,8の上端
に施した吐出口を示し、21は上記横搬送機6の
動力取入用の調車で、原調車22との間にベルト
23が張架されている。
