れたものであつて、乾燥室と、該乾燥室の側方に
配設されて該乾燥室に連通する熱交換室とを備え
た海苔乾燥装置において、上記乾燥室を海苔簀搬
送空間と暖気吹き出し空間とに分割するととも
に、該海苔簀搬送空間と該暖気吹き出し空間との
仕切り部材に暖気吹き出し孔を形成し、かつ該暖
気吹き出し空間と上記熱交換室の室内空間とを連
通せしめて該暖気吹き出し空間と該室内空間とか
ら成る略もしくは略々閉鎖された空間を形成し、
かつ上記暖気吹き出し空間へ向かつて送風する方
向に回転するフアンを配設することにより、上記
空間を略定圧空間としたものであり、かくするこ
とにより略定圧空間から上記海苔簀搬送空間へ暖
気を均一に吹き出させてすべての海苔に暖気が均
一にあたるようにし、以つて海苔の乾燥を均一に
行えるようにしたものである。以下図面を参照し
ながら本発明の実施例の説明を行う。

26をできるだけ閉塞して、乾燥室1の密閉性を
高めるために配設されたものである。ホルダー3
は上記無端チエン2に載荷されて乾燥室1内を搬
送され、上記簀4に展着する海苔5の乾燥が行わ
れる。6,6は板状の仕切り部材であつて、暖気
吹き出し孔7が多数形成されており、該仕切り部
材6,6は上記無端チエン2上の簀4の下方に水
平に配設されている。8,8は板状の遮蔽部材で
あつて、上記各仕切り部材6,6の下部に熱交換
室(後述)側から他側へ向かつて上り勾配にて斜
設さている。上記乾燥室1は、仕切り部材6,6
や遮蔽部材8,8により海苔簀搬送空間A,Aと
その下方の暖気吹き出し空間B,Bとに分割され
ている。また乾燥室1の上部は天井材1aにより
閉鎖されている点に構造上の特長を有している。

び熱交換室10へ送り込まれ、またその一部は排
気口16から排気される。また上記空間A,Aよ
りも排気側に設けられた上記フアン22の排風作
用により、空間A,A内は減圧状態となり、した
がつて海苔5は減圧乾燥されてより一層その乾燥
効果は上る。

15と同様にダンパー20に臨ませることによ
り、風量制御をより正確に行うことができる。な
