の複数個の調整ねじによりたわみ軸を変形させミラーホ
ルダ部を傾けて反射ミラーの角度を調整し、かつ、調整
ねじを回動不能に固定する固定装置を備えていることを
特徴とする多関節反射鏡式マニピュレータ。
