入隅部に於ける接続部の構造に関するものであ

部を介して直交するように配置された一方の化粧
ボード６の側端と他方の化粧ボード６の側端とを
突き合わせ、縦下地材８に固定していた。

ボード６の側端面が露出してこの点でも外観が悪
くなるという問題があつた。

うにした。このようにしたことにより化粧ボード
６の側端が第１の凹部ａ乃至第２の凹部ｂに入
り、目地としての溝７に位置決め突部５が嵌合し
て従来のように溝７による隙間ができなくて縦下
地材が見えて外観が悪くなるという問題がなくな
ると共に塵あいが溜まるという問題がなくなり、
また位置決め突部５にて位置決めされて各部の溝
７の幅Ｌを揃えて外観をよくできるようになり、
第１の凹部ａや第２の凹部ｂへの化粧ボード６の
側端の嵌合にて化粧ボード６の側端面が露出しな
くなつてこの点でも外観をよくできるようになつ
た。

に設けてあり、取付片１と覆い片２とにより第１
の凹部ａとを形成してあり、取付片１と、覆い片
２の基端片３と、縦下地材８に取着する添材８ａ
とにより第２の凹部ｂを上記第１の凹部ａと直交
するように形成してある。基端片３から延出され
た遊端片４の内面４ａと、遊端片４とは反対側の
基端片３の側面３ａとには、同位置に覆い片２の
全長に亘つて等ピツチＰで且つ同幅Ｗの位置決め
突部５を多数形成してある。つまり第１の凹部ａ
及び第２の凹部ｂ内に等間隔で位置決め突部５を
縦方向に多数形成してある。６は化粧ボードであ
り、第１図で示す従来のように、且つ第６図に示
すように、幅方向一側端部に凸部１０を設け、他
側端部に凹所１１を形成し、凸部１０の突出長さ
を凹所１１の深さよりも大にしてあり、凸部１０
を凹所１１に嵌入させた状態で目地としての溝７
を形成できるようにしてある。しかして第５図に
示すように、取付片１を縦下地材８に釘打ち手段
（図示せず）などで取付け、そののち第６図に示
すように、入隅部の右側の化粧ボード６の側端部
をＬ形の覆い片２内面と取付片１との間の第１の
凹溝ａに嵌合し、右側において縦方向に隣合う化
粧ボード６の凸部１０と凹所１１とを嵌合して目
地としての溝７を構成して羽目板状に突き合わせ
接合してある。また入隅部の左側においても左側
の化粧ボード６の側端を基端片３の外面と取付片
１と添材８ａとの間の第２の凹部ｂに嵌合し、上
記と同様に縦方向に隣合う化粧ボード６を目地と
しての溝７を構成して羽目板状に突き合わせ接合
してある。この状態で左右の化粧ボード６の側端
部は第１の凹部ａ乃至第２の凹部ｂに嵌合して覆
い片２で覆われている。更に突き合わ接合された
化粧ボード６の目地としての溝７の幅Ｌに対して
ジヨイナー９の位置決め突部５の幅Ｗを略等しく

の幅を揃えることができてこの点でも外観をよく
できるものであり、さらに第１の凹部や第２の凹
部への化粧ボードの側端の嵌合にて化粧ボードの
側端面が露出しなくなつてこの点でも外観をよく
できるものである。
