    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第一の筆記体と、当該第一の筆記体のキャップ体と、キ
    ャップ体の頂端開口部に止着される口金と、キャップ体
    内部に筆先部を口金の先端ロヘ向けて軸方向に移動自在
    に収納される第二の筆記体と、口金内に装着されて第二
    の筆記体をキャップ体の内部方向へ附勢するコイルバネ
    と、キャップ体内部に軸方向に移動自在に且つ第二の筆
    記体の尾端面とその先端面を肖接状態にして収納され先
    端面の反対側には第一の筆記体の箪先部を気密に収納す
    る開口部を有し且つ当該開口部には第一の筆記体の軸筒
    尾端の受止部を形成した中蓋と、キャップ体の内面部に
    装着され第一の筆記体を尾端側からキャップ体内部に挿
    入して中蓋を介して第二の筆記体をその筆先部が口金の
    先端口から突出するまで押し込んだ位置に於で圧縮した
    コイルバネの弾力に第二の筆記体の筆圧を加えた力より
    も大きな摩擦力をもって第一の筆記体の微秒にテーパ状
    に傾斜した軸筒外面に同じく微妙にテーパ状に傾斜した
    そのバネ板面が圧着して固定する中バネとをそれぞれ具
    備することを特徴とする複式筆記具。
