There are many methods for forming color patterns on the surface of synthetic resin molded products, such as printing and transfer, but in order to give depth to the color pattern itself, it is necessary to form this color pattern on a transparent material and then attach it to the surface. It is limited to methods that provide a certain degree of thickness.

In the present invention, two or more transparent decorative pieces MP1, MP2... colored in different colors are partially overlapped with each other, and the upper surfaces MP1-1, MP2-1 of each decorative piece MP1, MP2... ...A decorative body MT is constructed by combining the decorative bodies MT so as to be located on a single imaginary continuous surface, and this decorative body MT is placed on the surface A-1 of a molded product body A such as a lid of a soap container. The upper surfaces, that is, the upper surfaces MP-1 of the decorative pieces MP1, MP2, . . . are recessed and fixed so as to be located on the same plane as the surface A-1.

As described above, in the molded product according to the present invention, the surface A-1 of the main body A and the upper surface of the decorative body MT are completely located on a single surface, that is, the upper surface MP1 of each decorative piece MP1, MP2... is on the surface A-1. It is constructed to be completely located on a single plane, and each decorative piece MP

In this way, the color pattern in the molded product of the present invention consists of two or more transparent decorative pieces colored in different colors.
It is formed by combining MP1, MP2..., and each decorative piece MP1, MP2... always partially overlaps each other, so the number of colors of the color pattern appearing on the outer surface of the multicolored pattern product depends on the number of colors used in the decorative piece MP1, MP2... Then, on the surface A-1 of the main body A, there is a decorative body formed by combining both decorative pieces MP1 and MP2.
An assembly recess A-2 for assembling the MT is formed, and when the decorative body MT is assembled to the main body A, the surface A-2 is formed.

In both embodiments, the central protrusion A-3 formed on the main body A strengthens the assembly of the decorative body MT to the main body A, and also makes the color pattern formed by the decorative body A appear on the main body A. The idea is to add color to give the color pattern a slight change in color.

However, as described above, the present invention provides surface A of main body A.
-1 is constructed by assembling two or more transparent decorative pieces MP colored in different colors, and is intended to obtain the color pattern effect of a transparent object, but the color pattern formed is due to the transparent color. Therefore, depending on the color of main body A, its tone, brightness and shade, and the hue of the composite color will be completely different, and especially when main body A is opaque and transparent, the above-mentioned differences will occur. becomes extremely noticeable.

In this way, the molded product according to the present invention includes two or more transparent decorative pieces MP colored in different colors.
Decorative body MT is assembled by overlapping parts of them and positioning the upper surface MP-1 on a single continuous surface.
This decorative body MT is tightly fitted into the assembly recess A-2 of the main body A, and assembled so that the surface A-1 and the upper surface MP-1 are located on a single continuous surface. However, if this molded product is assembled after the main body A and decorative body MT are molded completely separately, the assembly recess A-
2 must be drawn to perfectly match the shape of the decorative body MT and must be formed at exactly the same depth as the decorative body MT, so extremely high precision machining is required. It is impossible to achieve strong attachment simply by fitting into the assembly recess A-2, so it is necessary to use an adhesive, etc. If an adhesive is used, since the decorative body MT is transparent, the adhesive will be visible from the outside, and this will significantly impair the appearance of the molded product.

That is, as shown in FIG. 10, a decorative body MT constructed by combining a plurality of decorative pieces MP1 and MP2 in a predetermined form is placed on the surface A-1 of a mold K for molding the main body A.
The upper surface MP of the decorative body MT is placed on the mold surface KP for molding.
1 is placed in such a way that it is in tight surface contact over its entire area, and the mold K is placed with this decorative body MT in place.
The mold is clamped (see Fig. 11), and the molten resin for molding the main body A is injected into the molding space KS where the decorative body MT is located to form a molded product.

According to this molding method, the main body A is molded with the decorative body MT as part of the molding die, so that the main body A and the decorative body MT are separated from each other when the molding of the main body A is completed and the upper surface MP
-1 and surface A-1 are strongly fixed together in a state where they are positioned on a single continuous surface.

In addition, since the main body A is molded using the decorative body MT as part of the molding die, there is no need to mold the assembly recess A-2, which is extremely difficult to process, and the molding work is simplified. There is no gap between the main body A and the decoration.
This creates a strong sense of unity with MT.

As is clear from the above description, in the present invention, a large number of different color patterns can be obtained with a small number of decorative pieces MP, and the color pattern and the main body A have a strong sense of unity, resulting in a color pattern effect. It exhibits many excellent functions and effects in terms of appearance and production, such as being able to sufficiently increase the height and being easily molded without requiring any troublesome processing.
