In order to save labor and increase efficiency, the concrete required for concrete work is mixed in a ready-mixed concrete plant and transported to the construction site using a mixer truck, or a concrete mixer is installed at the construction site to mechanically mix the concrete. Kneading is in progress. However, when a relatively small amount of concrete is used in households or small construction projects, it is mixed manually on site using iron plates or containers with a scoop, but this is very hard work.
It's extremely inefficient.

In the illustrated examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, reference numeral 1 is a main body made of a flexible and water-resistant material such as rubber or plastic sheet, and its bottom surface 2 is curved and concave. A handle 3 is provided on the part. Bottom 2
The curved concave shape forming the concave surface may be circular, oval, or a combination of these shapes, but it is easier to use and more efficient if it is shaped like a boat bottom as shown in the illustration or dish shaped as shown in Figure 5. . In addition, both ends of the main body 1 are rounded so that a bar material can be inserted and removed as shown in the first drawing, or the main body 1 is rounded as shown in the second drawing.
A discharge port 4 for the contents may be provided at at least one end of the container, and at least one pair of annular or other handles 3 may be provided on both sides of the end. Further, it is also possible to form a shape in which a part of the main body 1 covers a part of the vicinity of the end of the main body 1.

Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 6a and b, it may be formed into a flat sheet type when not in use, and when in use it may take on a curved concave shape depending on the weight of the material to be kneaded, or as shown in FIGS. 7a and b. It is also possible to form a container shape by squeezing the corners as shown in the figure.
As shown in FIG. 8, it is also preferable to provide the bottom surface 2 with a slip prevention part 5 such as appropriately shaped ribs or irregularities to prevent the objects to be kneaded from sliding.

When using such a kneading tool on-site,
Cement, sand, and gravel are placed in the main body 1 at a predetermined ratio, and mixed (premixed) by inserting a bar into the handle and pulling up the ends alternately as shown in the fourth figure. Then, water is added and kneaded again in the same manner, or water is also added and kneaded from the beginning.
In this way, by alternately pulling up the ends of the main body 1, the materials are kneaded while being moved alternately, and if this is repeated five or six times, ready-mixed concrete is completed. The finished ready-mixed concrete can be transported to the place of use while being kept in the main body 1.

As described above, according to the present invention, concrete can be mixed very easily and quickly without requiring any skill due to its extremely simple structure, it can be easily moved to the vicinity of the place of use, and the finished product can be easily mixed. This reduces the effort required to transfer ready-mixed concrete to another container, and improves work efficiency for household use and small construction projects.
