In recent years, with the rise in the height of buildings, temporary scaffolding for construction work can be easily and safely carried out such as repairing, maintaining, and painting handrails installed on structures tens of meters above the ground or water. It has become required.

The conventional method of fixed temporary scaffolding is to sequentially assemble and stack the scaffolding frames upwards from the ground, but it takes a lot of time and effort to get the scaffolding from the ground to the top of the structure. Requires construction costs,
There were inconveniences such as the ground area at the base of the scaffold being closed to traffic during construction. Furthermore, if the structure is located on water, scaffolding cannot be erected on the water, so the above-mentioned construction method cannot be used. Furthermore, if the work area on the structure is long horizontally, the high scaffolding constructed as described above must be extended horizontally, resulting in further lengthening the construction period and increasing construction costs.

In consideration of the above, the present invention supports a temporary construction scaffold on the outside of the upper edge of the structure via a joint member protruding from a scaffold support provided on the top surface of the structure, and forms the temporary scaffold into a removable structure. This allows for horizontal relocation along the outside of the upper edge of the structure, and is intended to eliminate the drawbacks of conventional temporary scaffolding.

Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the scaffold body 1 includes medial and lateral main vertical bones 2a, 2b, upper and lower main transverse bones 3a,
3b forms an open rectangular framework, a plurality of sets are arranged in parallel, and the upper parts of the upper main transverse ribs 3a are mutually connected by a transverse beam 4, and a plurality of suspension locking members 5 are provided on the upper surface of the transverse beam. Furthermore, the parallel outer main vertical bones 2b are connected by a plurality of horizontal bones 6 at appropriate intervals in the vertical direction,
Further, upper transverse bones 7a, middle transverse bones 7b, lower transverse bones 7c, inner longitudinal bones 8a, and outer longitudinal bones are attached to both ends of each transverse bone 6 attached to the outside of the outer main longitudinal bone 2b in the longitudinal direction of the scaffold main body 1. The end frame body consisting of 8b is connected and the upper and lower transverse bones 6
Each of the above-mentioned members forms a scaffold main body 1 consisting of a box-shaped framework, which is connected to each other by vertical ribs 8 at appropriate intervals. Note that the horizontal ribs 6 are not attached to the construction side of the scaffold body 1. A joint member 9 is also fixed to the sides of the medial and lateral main vertical bones 2a and 2b at approximately the middle of the scaffold body 1, and the joint member 9 is attached to the right side in FIG. 2 toward the side of the structure B to which the scaffold body is attached. A joint surface portion 9a for bolt connection is provided at the end. Two rows of upper and lower abutting buffer members 10a and 10b are provided extending from the lower part of the inner main vertical bone 2a and abutting the outside of the construct B in the up-down direction. Each contact buffer member is made of an elastic material 11 such as rubber so that the free end of the channel-shaped core material does not directly contact the outside of the structure B.
(See Figure 3). Furthermore, a work step board 12 is placed over the lower transverse bones 7c, an outer side surrounding plate 13 is placed on the outside of the transverse bones 6, 6, and an outer side enclosing plate 13 is placed on the outer side of the upper, middle, and lower transverse bones 7a, 7.
Attach the end shroud 14 to the sides of b and 7c.

Reference numeral 15 denotes a scaffolding support body fixed on the upper surface of the structure B and consisting of a frame-shaped support foundation member 16 and a joint member 17 fixed horizontally on the support foundation member. A joint surface portion 17a is provided on the end surface of the joint member that protrudes toward. In normal turning, the bolt 1 shown on the left side of Fig.
6A, the parapet portion of construct B is firmly clamped between the abutting buffer member of the scaffold body and the scaffold support to fix the scaffold onto the construct. As shown in FIG. 2, if there is a drainage ditch etc. on the structure, the support foundation member 16 is fitted into the drainage ditch 18 on the structure, and the wooden boards 19, 19 placed against the inner wall of the drainage ditch are attached to the support foundation member 16. It is fixed by pressing with the provided left and right bolts 16A. In order to further stabilize the supporting foundation member, weight may be applied to the structure using a weight W shown by a chain line in FIG.

FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of a movable scaffolding support 27, which can be actively moved in the lateral direction by means of running wheels 29 with a drive (not shown), and which has joints. The scaffold body connected and supported by members 9 and 17 has a hydraulic system 30 fixed to the scaffold support 27.
By applying hydraulic pressure in the axial direction of the joint members 9 and 17, the joint members 9 and 17 can be moved inward and outward directions, and the distance between the hydraulic device 28 fixed to the scaffold support 27 and the wheel 29 attached to the free end of its piston shaft can be adjusted. The scaffold support 27 is moved up and down by expanding and contracting with the hydraulic device 28, thereby making it possible to move the scaffold body in the up and down direction.

The operation of the temporary scaffolding of the present invention will be explained with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. A handrail member to be repaired on a structure, a scaffold body 1, a scaffold support 15, and a small crane are lifted and transferred from the ground to the structure using a boom crane. The scaffold support is placed on the structure, and the scaffold body is attached to the outside of the upper edge of the structure via the suspension locking member 5 using a small crane, and the joint member 9 of the scaffold body and the joint member 17 of the scaffold support are connected. bolted together. At this time, the contact buffer members 10a, 10b of the scaffold body are in contact with the outside of the structure. In this state, the worker is on the work platform 1 of the scaffolding body.
2. Existing handrails can be safely removed and new handrails installed. To relocate the work site area, remove the connecting bolts and move the scaffold body to the side using a small crane, while manually relocating the scaffold support and connect the scaffold body and scaffold support again in the new work area. . In addition, when using the scaffold support 27 shown in FIG. 5, as shown in FIG.
By moving downward and laterally, there is no need to separate and connect the two each time, and the lattice body can be installed between the pillars at the place where the pillars have been installed. Figure 6 shows the newly installed handrail in the foreground, the repair work in progress, and the existing, unrenovated handrail in the distance.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to shorten the construction period and reduce construction costs without requiring large-scale scaffolding, and the work area can be easily moved laterally. In addition, since the scaffold itself is located outside the structure, it does not come into contact with the existing parapet, and since there is a wide enclosed work tread, crushed concrete pieces will not fall to the ground, making it possible to work from outside the structure. Since the scaffold is firmly stationary on the outside of the structure via the abutting buffer member, the scaffold does not move.Furthermore, when the scaffold support is fixed, there is no need for another support member on the structure, and the structure is actively movable. In such cases, the scaffold itself can be quickly relocated.
