The present invention relates to a leg structure of a waterproof pan for bathrooms, etc., and relates to a leg bolt attachment structure that is easy to attach and has high attachment strength. The leg structure of conventional waterproof pans for bathrooms, etc. has legs made of wood or other materials that cannot be adjusted in height.
As shown in Figure A, a nut e is attached to a nut case d provided on the back side c of the main body b of the waterproof pan a using an adhesive f.
Either by screwing the screw g into the gap between the nut case d and the nut e as shown in Figure B, or by inserting the nut e into the nut case D, as shown in Figure C. A cover h covering a nut case d is pushed in and fixed so that a protrusion i provided on the cover h bites into the nut case d, and a bolt j is screwed into the nut e to form a height-adjustable leg structure. was. but,
These leg structures each had the following drawbacks and were not satisfactory. In other words, when relying on adhesives, the adhesive f used to bond the FRP body b, which is a common material for the waterproof pan a, and the metal nut e is very limited, and two-component epoxy resin is used. This two-component epoxy resin, which is mainly used, exhibits excellent adhesive strength when used correctly, but if the mixing ratio of the two components is incorrect or the open time is too long after mixing, This has the disadvantage that the adhesive strength is significantly reduced, and handling is very troublesome. In addition, when gluing the nut e to the nut case d, the adhesive f is applied to the bolt hole k where the bolt j of the nut case d should move forward and backward. This has the disadvantage that the bolts flow into the bolt hole k and fill the bolt hole k, which is very inconvenient for use in mass-produced products that require careful work. or,
In the case of locking with screws, it takes a lot of effort to screw in the screw g after fitting the nut e, and the part where the screw g is locked to the nut case d is a part of the screw thread of the screw g. Not only is the fixing force insufficient, but the force is concentrated on some of these contact points, which has the disadvantage that the nut case d is more likely to break than this contact point.In order to increase the fixing force, large screws When screw g is used, the nut case d is connected to the screw g at the contact point with the nut case d.
The nut case d was strongly pushed and expanded, further increasing the risk of destroying the nut case d. Furthermore,
When using a nut case h, there is a drawback that the biting force of the protrusion i provided on the cover h is not sufficient, and in particular, since the outer periphery of the nut case d is shaped like a truncated cone, the cover h easily comes off than the nut case d. Yes, if you fix the cover h with screws as in Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-111346, this drawback would be solved, but it would be very time-consuming as many screws would have to be screwed in. The strength of the nut case d is reduced by screwing in the upper screw, and there is no method that can be easily fixed and exhibit sufficient mounting strength. The present invention relates to a leg structure for waterproof pans, etc., which solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks at once.As shown in FIG. engagement hole 21
A bolt hole 22 whose center line coincides with the engagement hole 21 is provided for the leg bolt 4 screwed onto the nut 3 to move forward and backward, and a third bolt hole 22 is provided in the engagement hole 21.
As shown in the figure, a spring plate material 33 having an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the side surface 32 of the main body 31 of the nut 3 and slightly larger than the inner diameter of the engagement hole 21 is attached to the main body 31.
The nut 3 is attached to the end surface 34 of the spring plate 33 so that the flange 35 of the spring plate 33 faces slightly toward the main body 31. This is a leg structure in which the leg bolt 4 is screwed into the nut 3 by being pushed into the nut 3. According to the leg structure according to the present invention, by simply tapping the nut 3 into the engagement hole 21 provided in the nut case 2 of the waterproof pan 1, the spring provided in the nut 3 is attached to the inner wall of the engagement hole 21. Flange portion 35 of plate material 33
The nut 3 can be easily and reliably fixed because the nut 3 bites in, and the leg structure is extremely easy to manufacture because it can be manufactured by simply screwing the leg bolt 4 onto the nut 3. In addition, the flange 35 of the nut 3 strongly bites into the inner wall of the nut case 2, and since the flange 35 of the spring plate 33 faces outward, it bites in more strongly than when trying to pull out the leg bolt 4, making it even stronger. Become something. The following table shows the results of an experiment comparing the strength of the leg structure according to the present invention and conventional leg structures B and C. [Conventional leg structure A has problems with the strength of the leg structure due to variations in the production process caused by poor workability as described above, resulting in loss of reliability.
There was no point in comparing the strength using experimentally prepared test specimens, so this experiment was not conducted. ]

[Table] However, in Experiment 1, the pullout strength in the axial direction of the leg bolt 4 screwed into the nut 3 fixed to the nut case 2 was measured, and the unit is (kgf).
It is. In addition, in experiment 2, the strength was measured when a load was applied perpendicularly to the axial direction of the leg bolt 4 to the bolt head of the leg bolt 4 screwed onto the nut 3 fixed to the nut case 2, and the strength was measured in units of is the same (kgf)
It is. As a result of the above experiment, the test specimen according to the present invention was tested in Experiment 1.
The strength of the test specimen according to the present invention is approximately three times that of conventional example B, and approximately twice that of conventional example C, and the nut case 2 was destroyed before the leg bolt 4 came out. However, in both of these conventional examples, the leg bolt j fell off together with the nut e before the nut case d broke. In addition, in Experiment 2, all the test specimens were the same in that the nut case 2 was broken before the leg bolt 4 came out, but the test specimen according to the present invention and the test specimen of conventional example C were different. While the test specimens of Conventional Example B exhibited approximately the same strength, only the test specimen of Conventional Example B exhibited a somewhat lower strength. This is because, as mentioned above, the fixing force of the nut e is concentrated at the contact point between the screw g and the nut case d, and the breakage of the nut case d is accelerated. That is, the leg structure according to the present invention has extremely high strength (particularly pull-out strength), the leg bolt 4 does not come off from the nut case 2, and as mentioned above, it is extremely easy to manufacture, etc., compared to the conventional leg structure. This is a significant improvement compared to the structure. Although the "caulking" technique is illustrated as a means of attaching the spring plate material 33 to the nut 3 in FIG. 3, the technique is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that attachment may be done by other methods such as welding, for example. The thickness, size, material, etc. of the spring plate material 33 depend on the type of main body to be supported (other than waterproof pans for bathrooms,
It can be used as a leg structure for bathtubs, bathtubs with washing areas, washstands, sinks, etc. ), can be selected depending on weight, etc. Furthermore, it is not essential that the flange 35 of the spring plate material 33 faces toward the main body 31 of the nut 3;
The flange portion 35 may protrude parallel to the mounting surface. Further, depending on the type of the main body, it is not essential that the nut case 2 be provided protruding from the back surface 11, and it goes without saying that it may be provided inside the main body without distinguishing it from the main body.
