Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 各種分析もしくは反応装置の薬液流路に備えられた送液
    ポンプの下流側に流路切換弁を介して分岐させた吸引路
    を設け、該吸引路に吸引ポンプを備え、前記切換弁によ
    り薬液流路のポンプ下流側を分岐路に連通させ、前記吸
    引ポンプにより送液ボンブを通して薬液を吸引できるよ
    うにしたことを特徴としてなる薬液流路の脱気装置。
