ずると共にガス供給操作弁を介してガス供給ラインを連
通し、保冷層のガス圧力を検出する圧力検出器を設けて
、ガス圧力値が所定の値以上となった時にガス放出操作
弁を開放してガス圧を低減させ、ガス圧力値が所定の値
以下となった時にはガス供給弁を開いて所要の圧力とな
る様保冷層にガスを供給する様構成したことを特徴とす
