この考案は建設現場における足場用の鋼管等を
緊締するための鋼管クランプに関するものであ

一般に建設現場等で用いられる鋼管クランプ
は、第1図に示すように、本体金具1とフタ金具
2の基端部がピン3にて枢着されており、本体金
具1とフタ金具2の対向する内面には、鋼管を挾
持するための鋼管締付面4,4が設けられてい
る。また、本体金具1の先端部には、ピン3と平
行に保持された枢支ピン5を介して締付ボルト
6′の一端が枢着されており、締付ボルト6′の自
由端部には、ナツト7′が螺合されている。そし
て、フタ金具2の先端部には、締付ボルト6′の
自由端部を案内するための開口溝8が設けられて
おり、開口溝8の両側外面にはナツト7′の下面
が安定して着座するための座面が形成されてい
る。したがつて、本体金具1とフタ金具2の鋼管
締付面4,4間に鋼管を挾持し、締付ボルト6′
の自由端部を、第1図に示すようにフタ金具2の
先端部に係合してナツト7′により締付ければ、
鋼管は緊締されて強固な足場等が簡単に架設され

で使用されるため、作業中に締付ボルト6′のね
じ山にコンクリートやモルタル、塗料等が付着し
て固まると、足場等の解体時に鋼管クランプの取
外しが困難となつたり、再使用ができなくなる

で締付けることにより、鋼管を緊締するようにし
た鋼管クランプにおいて、上記締付ボルトを、そ
の先端が鋼管緊締時におけるナツトの上面より突
出しないよう充分短かくするとともに、ナツトの
下面に、締付ボルトの自由端部に螺合し、かつ自
由端部を収納する筒状鞘部をナツトと一体的に設
けたので、締付ボルトの長さを短かくすることが
でき、例えば小径の鋼管を緊締しても、ナツトの
上面から締付ボルトの先端が突出すことはないか
ら、別途保護カバーをかぶせたりする必要はな
く、安全に作業をすることができ、また、締付ボ
ルトの自由端部は筒状鞘部に収納されるから、従
来のように締付ボルトのねじ山が汚れて、足場等
の解体時に鋼管クランプの取外しが困難となつた
り再使用ができなくなるようなおそれはなく、長
期間の使用に充分耐えることができる等多くの利

つ、自由端部を収納する筒状鞘部をナツトと一体
