てこのトルクロンドと前記ガイドブレード側の構成部材
との間をこれらの両者の相対変位を吸収する弾性部材を
介して連結し、通常時には前記ガイドプレートのガイド
溝の内部の前記トルクロンドによって前記第１および第
２の両構成部材間の回転力を相互に伝達可能な状態で保
