Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、マスカラ用塗布具に関する。
一般に、まつ毛にマスカラを塗布するには、第
１図に示すような、栓体２に基端１を取付けた軸
３の先端４に、針金５を折り重ねて取付け、この
折り重ねた針金５間に短繊維群６の中央部を挾み
込み、針金５を捻回して短繊維群６を針金５の周
囲に螺旋状に配設した刷子部７を設けてなるマス
カラ用塗布具が使用されている。
しかして、このような刷子部７に螺旋状に配設
した短繊維群６の形状は、第２図に示すように、
略直線状でその束端６ａ方向に殆んど広がらない
ため、刷子部７をマスカラ中に浸漬した場合、短
繊維群６によるマスカラの貯液量が少なく、ま
た、短繊維群６間に形成される螺旋状の大きな空
隙６ｂ内には多量のマスカラが貯液され、この部
分に貯液されたマスカラが固まつて何本かのまつ
毛に付着してしまうことから、刷子部７に貯液さ
れたマスカラを短繊維群６によつてまつ毛を均等
に塗布することができず、まつ毛の自然感に富む
優美な化粧が困難であるという欠点がある。
本考案の目的とするところは、このような従来
の欠点を解消すべく創案されたもので、マスカラ
の斑のない塗布ができ、自然感に富む優美な化粧
が容易に行えるマスカラ用塗布具を提供すること
である。
本考案のマスカラ用塗布具の特徴とするところ
は、栓体２に基端１を取付けた軸３の先端４に、
針金５を折り重ねて取付け、この折り重ねた針金
５に短繊維群６の中央部を挾み込み、針金５を捻
回して短繊維群６を針金５の周囲に螺旋状に配設
した刷子部７を設けてなるものにおいて、第３図
に示すように、短繊維群６をクリンプ８して束端
６ａ方向に末広がりに拡開させると共に短繊維群
６間に形成される螺旋状の空隙６ｂを縮小させた
ことである。
しかして、本考案は上記した構成であるから、
刷子部７をマスカラ中に浸漬すると、針金５の周
囲に螺旋状に配設した束端６ａ方向に末広がりに
拡開する短繊維群６のマスカラの貯液量は増大
し、逆に、短繊維群６間に形成される螺旋状の空
隙６ｂ内に貯液されるマスカラの貯液量は減少す
るから、末広がりに拡開する短繊維群６の束端６
ａをまつ毛に接触させることにより、刷子部７の
短繊維群６に貯液されたマスカラと、空隙６ｂ内
に貯液されたマスカラとを短繊維群６にてまつ毛
に斑なく均等に塗布することができる。
このように本考案は、栓体に基端を取付けた軸
の先端に、針金を折り重ねて取付け、この折り重
ねた針金に短繊維群の中央部を挾み込み、針金を
捻回して短繊維群を針金の周囲に螺旋状に配設し
た刷子部を設けてなるものにおいて、短繊維群を
クリンプして束端方向に末広がりに拡開させると
共に短繊維群間に形成される螺旋状の空隙を縮小
させてなるもので、従来のように、空隙内に貯液
されたマスカラが固まつて何本かのまつ毛に付着
することがなく、刷子部に貯液されたマスカラを
束端方向に末広がりに拡開する短繊維群にてまつ
毛に均等に塗布できるから、まつ毛の自然感に富
む優美な化粧が容易に行えるという利点がある。

は本考案の実施例を示すもので、刷子部の拡大断

  1. 栓体２に基端１を取付けた軸３の先端４に、針
    金５を折り重ねて取付け、この折り重ねた針金５
    に短繊維群６の中央部を挾み込み、針金５を捻回
    して短繊維群６を針金５の周囲に螺旋状に配設し
    た刷子部７を設けてなるものにおいて、短繊維群
    ６をクリンプ８して束端６ａ方向に末広がりに拡
    開させると共に短繊維群６間に形成される螺旋状
    の空隙６ｂを縮小させたことを特徴とするマスカ
    ラ用塗布具。
