フ音の検出が困難であることがあつた。又、その
集音カフの集音面にも不規則なしわが発生して人
体の上腕に密接せず、従つて正確なコロトコフ音
の検出が難しいという問題があつた。

周面に集音面を密接させ易く、密接した状態では
その人体上腕のコロトコフ音は溝の中空部を通つ
て集音面の全体に伝達され、従つて集音カフの内
空部に収容したマイクロフオンによつてコロトコ
フ音を効果的に採音でき血圧の測定感度をたかめ
ることができる効果がある。
