(Technical background of the invention and its problems) Conventional human waste treatment plants store received human waste, remove solids, dilute it with about 10 to 20 tons of water, and biooxidize it in an oxidation treatment tank. It consists of equipment that performs secondary treatment, advanced treatment, and disinfection processing of oxidizing liquids, and requires a vast area, which poses land acquisition problems. There are also other issues surrounding environmental conservation, making it difficult to acquire land. Because it required dilution water, it was difficult to construct it on remote islands with little water resources. It is also possible to construct a plant on water, but in this case too there would be problems in securing and supplying dilution water.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention solves the site and environmental problems by placing the human waste treatment plant on the barge body, and furthermore, it solves the dilution problem by using a load reaction tank that has a high oxidation ability without dilution. The idea is to eliminate the need for water.

Next, in the primary treatment step, high-load oxidation treatment and centrifugation treatment are performed. The treatment liquid pumped from the storage tanks 32 and 33 to the front of the circulation pump 42 of the reaction tank 35 is pushed up the circulation pipe 43 by the circulation pump 42 together with the circulation liquid of the reaction 1a35, and sent to the top of the liquid drop pipe 41 where the liquid is The liquid falls from the top of the drop tube 41 in a waterfall shape and enters the liquid in the reaction tank 35. Due to the negative pressure applied to the top at this time, the air suction part 4 provided at the top
4 Inhale a larger amount of air. The inhaled air is finely dispersed in the liquid as it falls, and further dispersed even more finely as it enters the liquid in the reaction tank 35, thereby sufficiently dissolving oxygen into the liquid. By dissolving a large amount of oxygen into the liquid in this way, a large amount of oxygen is secured in the reaction tank 35, which promotes the reproduction of a large amount of aerobic microorganisms, and the human waste remains undiluted and the purification time is short ( It is highly processed in 3 to 4 to 5 days). Further, in the single reaction tank 35, putrefactive substances (BOD, COD, etc.) and nitrogen such as ammonia are removed simultaneously. The removal rate in the reaction tank 35 is BOD 98%
The nitrogen content is 95% or more.

As described above, in the reaction 11135, the liquid is processed while being circulated, and a part of the processed liquid is sent to the adjacent separation tank 36. In the separation tank 36, the sludge is separated into a supernatant liquid and a precipitate, and the precipitated sludge is stored in a separated liquid pit 66, returned to the reaction tank 35, and subjected to an oxidation reaction while being circulated again.

The supernatant liquid separated in separation 4936 is stored in the desorbed liquid storage tank 37. The liquid in the desorbed liquid storage tank 37 is centrifuged on the upper deck 11 after adding a polymer flocculant on the way.
The solid content is sent to the incinerator 40 to be separated into solid and liquid, and the solid content is sent to the incinerator 40 where it is incinerated and stored in the residue reservoir 64.

Next is the secondary treatment step, in which coagulation and sedimentation treatment and filtration treatment are performed. The liquid from the l152 syneresis storage tank 39 is stirred with the first stirring 4ff.
46 and is stirred at high speed while adding a chemical solution, then sent to a second stirring tank 41 and further stirred at a low speed, and then sent to a coagulation and sedimentation tank 48. The sediment in the flocculation sedimentation tank 48 is returned to the desorbed liquid storage tank 37, and the liquid is absorbed by the sand on the upper deck 11.
The liquid sent to 949 and filtered is sent to backwash tank 6 in hold 18.

Furthermore, since the human waste treatment plant is mainly based on a primary treatment device equipped with a high-load reaction tank, advanced treatment can be performed without dilution, eliminating the need for dilution water, which is a problem in offshore installations. Furthermore, a primary treatment device equipped with a high-load reaction tank that is heavy and tall is placed approximately at the center of the barge body, and on the left and right sides of it are the reception pretreatment device, secondary treatment device, and subsequent '@@ Because of this arrangement, the stability of the barge body is good, and the flow of work from the receiving pretreatment device to the primary treatment process and the secondary treatment process can be made smooth. Furthermore, since the water discharged from the disinfection device is used for the trimming tank and the healing tank, the discharged water has less salt than seawater and can prevent corrosion of the tank.
