Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve exhausting efficiency and contrive uniform and sufficient ventilation in the room by a method wherein the area of an opening at the lower part of the hood is made variable and blow-off air is injected toward a suction port in a transversal direction to regulate exhaust air flowing in the hood. CONSTITUTION:The opening 2 below the hood 1 covering the upper part of the room is provided with a movable gallery (air deflecting plate). Both ends of the movable gallery are supported movably by hinges or the like to regulate air direction and the opening of the gallery is dense at the side of the suction port 3 while the same is widened gradually as a distance from the suction port 3 is increased to uniform the suction force in the opening. Further, blow-off air nozzles 8 are provided so that more nozzles are arranged in a place far from the suction port 3 to reduce the local reduction of suction force of the opening 2 whereby the flow of exhaust gas in the hood may be regulated and the exhausting efficiency may be improved.

(Prior Art) When performing alumite treatment on molded materials, etc., a large amount of etching mist is generated when the product is pulled up from the etching bath. For this reason, an exhaust hood 20 with a morning glory-shaped cross section and a flange 21 at the tip is attached to the etching tank and the canopy, as shown in Figure 10, to suck in the etching mist generated and purify the air inside the factory. .

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, since conventional exhaust hoods are for local exhaustion, especially when installed in a canopy position, as shown in Fig. 10,
Even if a plurality of exhaust hoods 20 are provided as shown in FIG. 11, only the area around the suction port can be suctioned, and uniform ventilation cannot be achieved.

Furthermore, since the entire amount of the etching mist generated cannot be sucked out, the remaining mist tends to corrode the material and contaminate the working environment.

Furthermore, since the diameter of each exhaust pipe 22 is small, debris tends to adhere to the inside of the elbow 26 and the exhaust pipe 22, causing clogging, resulting in a reduction in suction power.

This invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its purpose is to be able to perform uniform and sufficient exhaust even in the canopy position, prevent clogging in the exhaust pipe, and prevent maintenance. The object of the present invention is to provide an indoor exhaust method using a hood that is almost unnecessary, and an exhaust hood.

(Means for solving the problem) The indoor exhaust method using the hood of the first invention of this application is as follows:
The opening area at the bottom of the hood that covers the upper part of the room is fully or partially variable, and the air inside the hood is sucked in laterally through the inlet at the end of the hood, and is blown into the hood in the direction of the inlet. It is characterized by jetting air.

(Function) The upper surface of the room is covered by a hood, and the exhaust gas sucked in from the opening at the bottom of the hood is sent to the exhaust duct through the inlet at the inner end of the hood, but because the opening area of the hood is wide, There is a difference in the suction force of the opening between a position close to the suction port and a position away from the suction port.

Therefore, in the present invention, the area of the opening is made variable, and the opening area near the suction port is made small, and the opening area increases as the distance from the suction port increases, thereby making the suction force of the opening uniform.

Furthermore, in the present invention, blow air is injected into the hood toward the suction port to generate negative pressure, and the exhaust gas flowing inside the hood is rectified to improve suction power and exhaust efficiency at a position away from the suction port. We are working to improve this.
