In addition, the belt end is made to protrude an appropriate length from the edge of the air bag body to form a loop-shaped handle piece, and this handle piece allows handling operations such as inserting and pulling out the bag. It is designed so that it can be carried out smoothly.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an air bag body made of an elastic material such as synthetic rubber or natural rubber and formed into a square or other mat shape. An air valve 2 is provided at an appropriate part of the bag body 1. It is constructed so that air is pressurized into an air chamber 3 formed inside the container 1 and expanded (see FIG. 5). In the embodiment, the upper and lower elastic layers (rubber layers) 4 and 5 of the air bag body 1 are made by polymerizing the inner layers 4a and 4b and the outer layers 5a and 5b, respectively, and heating and vulcanizing them to form both layers 4a and 4b and 5a and 5b. In addition, each layer 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b is embedded with a nylon cord or the like to form a reinforcing layer 4c, 4.
d, 5c, and 5d are formed.

In the embodiment, they are made of appropriately woven nylon fibers, and both ends of both belts 6 and 7 are connected by sewing or the like. It is formed into an endless belt shape. Both belts 6 and 7 are aligned along the perpendicular center lines of both surfaces of the air bag main body 1, sandwiching the surfaces of both elastic layers 4 and 5 of the air bag main body, and fixed in a cross shape. , 7 are made to protrude from the edge of the bag body 1 by appropriate lengths, and loop-shaped handle pieces 8a, 8b and 9a, 9b are formed by the upper and lower pieces of the protruding parts, and the handle pieces 8a, The upper and lower pieces 8b, 9a, 9b are fastened 10, 11 near the edge of the air bag body 1 by sewing or the like. In the embodiment, when fixing the belts 6, 7 to the bag body 1, the belts 6, 7 are first attached to the rubber backing plates 12, 13, which are formed somewhat wider than the belts 6, 7. are sewn 14 using a sewing machine, and in this state, both backing plates 12 and 13 are heated and vulcanized on both surfaces of the bag body 1 to fix them together, thereby forming the belts 6 and 7.
is fixed to the air bag body 1. In the above case, during actual manufacturing, heating and vulcanization of the air bag body 1 and patch plates 12 and 13 are performed.
The heat vulcanization is carried out at the same time.

る。 The present invention is constructed as described above, and is used, for example, in life-saving work such as in a car accident, etc., by pressurizing air into the air chamber 3 of the air bag body 1 to inflate the bag, and use this expansion force to lift an object. As described above, in the present invention, a reinforcement belt made of a flexible material is fixed along the perpendicular center line of both surfaces of the air bag body, thereby increasing the strength of the air bag. (As a result of experiments, the reinforcement belt increased the strength by about 40%.) Therefore, the jacking up work can be done well, and since the air bag does not become thick as a whole, it is lighter in weight and material costs can be reduced. . In addition, a loop-shaped handle piece is formed at each end of the reinforcing belt, so you can hold the air bag when setting or pulling out the air bag to the desired location, making the work easier. At the same time, this handle piece can also be used as a fastening part for a rope or the like connected to an object.
