フランジ部を突設し、このフランジ部を嵌入させる内周

嵌させた液リザーパにおいて、上記キャップの内面から
上記筒状部内に延在させてその先端部外周面を筒状部内
周面に弾力的に接触させる環状リップを上記キャップに
一体形成させ、この環状1ノツプと上記キャップ及び上
記筒状部とによって環状リップの外周に形成させた環状
空間を大気と連通させる通気路を上記キャップに形成し
、上記キャップに、上記環状リップの内周に位置すると
ともに上記キャップの内面から下方に離れて位置するプ
レートを取付け、上記環状リップの内周には先端を上記
プレートの上面に弾力的に接触する環状突起を一体形成
し、上記プレートの上面と上記キャップの内面間の空間
