[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an adhesive for thermoplastic resin film. Conventionally, adhesive tools for thermoplastic resin films, such as bag making machines for thermoplastic resin films and sealers (sealing machines) for thermoplastic resin film bags, have been used to apply pressure on the pressing surface of a heater bar when it presses the film. In order to provide a space for receiving a small amount of molten resin that melts the film and protrudes in a nodule row or bank shape on both sides of the pressing surface, a space is provided on both sides adjacent to the pressing surface as shown in FIG. A fillet slope is formed. However, in bags manufactured using an adhesive tool with this type of heater bar, the strength of the adhesive part weakens due to molten resin protruding into nodules or banks on the bag body side of the adhesive part. It has been experienced that bankruptcy tends to occur from this point. The object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive for thermoplastic resin film that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks and improves workability. The present invention consists of a set of two heater bars with filleted slopes formed adjacent to the thermoplastic resin film pressing surface, and the heater bars are spaced apart so that the filleted slopes face each other. At the same time, a cutter capable of cutting the thermoplastic resin film is attached between the heater bars, and the angle formed by the long surface of the thermoplastic resin film pressing surface of the heater bar and the fillet cutting slope is set to 2. The present invention provides an adhesive for thermoplastic resin film, characterized in that the angle is 45°. The present invention will be explained based on the drawings. The adhesive tool is mainly composed of a heater bar 1, a base plate 2, and a cutter 3, and two heater bars form a set. A preferred shape of the heater bar 1 is such that a filleted slope 5 whose cross-sectional shape is adjacent to a thermoplastic resin film pressing surface 4 and forms a specific angle with the pressing surface 4 is formed as shown in the figure. A pair of heater bars 1 are arranged at a predetermined interval so that their filleted slopes 5 face each other,
A cutter 3, such as a traveling cutter, is attached to cut the heat-sealed portion of the thermoplastic resin film 6 overlapped between the two heater bars to form the bottom of the bag. The width of the pressing surface 4 of the heater bar 1 is 1 to 20 mm,
Preferably, the range is 1 to 10 mm. is 1
If it is less than 2 mm, the sealing strength of the thermoplastic resin film (6) decreases, and if it exceeds 20 mm, wrinkles will appear in the film, excessive waving will occur in the bonded area, and the appearance will deteriorate. On the other hand, the angle θ formed by the long surface of the thermoplastic resin film pressing surface 4 and the filleting slope 5
The angle may be 2 to 45 degrees, preferably 2 to 20 degrees. If θ is less than 2 degrees, the film is likely to break when bonding with a heater bar, and similarly, if θ exceeds 45 degrees, the film is likely to break during bonding. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain film adhesion strength that could not be obtained with an adhesive tool having a conventionally shaped heater bar. Therefore, films made of the same material can be applied to heavy packaging fields that were considered impossible with conventional technology. It became possible to do so. In other words, the thermoplastic resin bag manufactured using the adhesive of the present invention is particularly
It can be effectively used in the field of heavy bags with a capacity of 30Kg. On the other hand, when compared with the prior art from the standpoint of bag making, the yield rate of products is improved and, as shown in the figure, bags can be made simultaneously using two heater bars, resulting in good workability. in this case,
The two heater bars are arranged so that their filleted slopes face each other with a small distance between them, so after the resin film has been bonded, it is necessary to use a cutter to cut between the parallel heat-sealed parts. For example, the two bags obtained by separation in a bottom-to-bottom manner both have molten resin protruding in the form of nodule rows or banks at the bottom end of the bag, but are susceptible to various mechanical forces. It does not exist on the main body side at all. Therefore, as described above, resin films can be bonded with sufficient adhesive strength. When making bags using only one heater bar, the thermoplastic resin film should be placed on the base plate so that the molten resin that protrudes is on the bottom edge of the bag. will be easily understood. Next, we compared the seal strength (unit: Kg cm, measurement method: ASTMD-1822 method) between bags manufactured using the adhesive of this invention and bags manufactured using conventional adhesive. show. 【table】
