面の押えローラーと接触する部分の一部が歪んで
いる場合とか、あるいは撹拌ドラムがその運転中
に混合材料の移動によつて生ずる振動や、特に撹
拌ドラムが揺動運動により一定角度傾斜する毎に
混合材料も同方向へ移動を繰り返すため混合材料
が比重の大きな金属粉であると撹拌ドラムは揺動
中常に傾斜方向と反対側の端部が混合材料の重み
により傾斜方向側に跳ね上がるような場合、撹拌
ドラムは上記押えローラーにこれを突き上げるよ
うな状態で衝突する結果、その衝撃力によつて押
えローラーとかこれを支持する支柱を破損せしめ
て撹拌ドラムの支持を困難にせしめるおそれがあ
り、撹拌ドラムを安全確実に支持し得ない欠点が

ラムとの接触を解くようにしたものと全く異な
り、本案は複数個の押えローラーを有する複数本
のローラー支持杆をハンドル操作により一動作で
撹拌ドラムに接離させることが出来るため、押え
ローラーの取り扱い操作を迅速容易に行うことが
出来る。又、押えローラーを備えたローラー支持
杆は、ハンドル操作によりこのローラー支持杆を
回動軸を介して支承している支柱の真上に位置さ
せる構造となつているので、撹拌ドラムの吊り上
げ、吊り降ろしに際しては、撹拌ドラムを押えロ
ーラーの上まで吊り上げる必要はなく、摩擦車の
少し上まで吊り上げればよいので撹拌ドラムを迅
速容易にしかも安全に台板から降ろしたり上げた
りすることが出来る。更に、押えローラーはロー
ラー支持杆にばねを介して別個に取付けられてい
るので、撹拌ドラムの運転中撹拌ドラムによつて
押えローラーにこれを突き上げるような衝撃力が
加わつても、この衝撃力は上記ばねにより吸収さ
れてしまうため、押えローラーや、ローラー支持
杆あるいはローラー支持杆をハンドル操作により
回動させるウオームホイール等を損傷させること
は全くなく、撹拌ドラムを常に安定した状態で支
持することが出来る。又、押えローラーは撹拌ド
ラムの頂部を中心としてその両側に撹拌ドラムを
上方から挾持せしめた状態でローラー支持杆に取
付けるため、押えローラーをばねを介して保持せ
しめる効果と合わせて撹拌ドラムを単に上方から
押圧しているのではなくこれを抱き込むようにし
て支持する構造となつているので、撹拌ドラムの
回転、揺動運動に際し、これを確実にしかも安全
に支持出来る利点がある。しかもローラー支持杆
は支柱との間において補強板により連結されてい
るので、撹拌ドラムの揺動時押えローラーを通じ
てローラー支持杆を跳ね上げるような力が加わつ
ても補強板により強固に保持されているため、撹
拌混合効率を上げるために撹拌ドラムの揺動角度
を大きくすることが可能である等実用上幾多の優
れた効果を有するものである。
