Conventionally, the prior art concept of temporarily fixing the frame to the window frame to seal the space between the opening of the frame and the sash frame, and then filling the space with self-adhesive foaming synthetic resin to secure the window frame and the frame was first proposed in 1973. -1390 (Utility Model No. 53-96349) exists, but it required temporary fixing at multiple locations on the inside and outside of the window frame. Also special public service 52-23172
There are filling methods such as polyurethane, which is an injection material, but these methods are far from being practical.

The present application solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and the temporary fixing of the new window frame can be done by just locating the new window frame, and the required number of fixings is two on the lower frame and two on the upper frame, as shown in Figure 4. One vertical frame is sufficient for each frame, the rear window has high performance, construction is extremely simple, and the window frame structure is ideal for renovating an existing building.

On the other hand, as shown in Figure 2, the new lower frame 2b is the same as the old lower frame 1b.
Temporarily place it horizontally via the mounting anchor 9b and auxiliary anchor 10 installed above, attach the upper end of the new drain plate 12 to the new lower frame 2b, and apply a sealing material between the lower end and the drain of the existing window frame. 14, and then the indoor side of the new upper frame 2a and the new vertical frame 2c,
Temporarily fix it to the old upper frame 1a with the installation anchors 9a and 9c, and seal the gap on the indoor side between the existing window frame and the new window frame with adhesive tape 15, and seal the gap between the existing window frame 1 and the new window frame 2. A space is formed, and the space 16 is filled with foamable synthetic resin and then hardened, and the indoor side between both window frames is covered with a frame 17.

Next, the lower frame will be explained with reference to Fig. 2. 1b is the existing steel lower frame, and 10
is an auxiliary anchor, and its shape is a mounting piece with a step-like side profile that adapts to the old lower frame, and is screwed to the old lower frame near the lower end, and screwed to the mounting anchor 9b on the rising wall. 13b, but in this case the screw hole 11 for adjusting the level of the mounting anchor 9b is a long hole. The lower frame mounting anchor 9b is not only temporarily fixed to the new lower frame 2b, but also placed on the old lower frame 1b and fixed with screws, and the other end is temporarily fixed with screws 13b to the auxiliary anchor 10.
Reference numeral 12 denotes a new draining plate, which has a conventional slope, and its upper end is fixed to the hanging wall of the new lower frame with screws at multiple locations in the longitudinal direction. A sealing material 14 is interposed between their lower ends and the drain of the existing window frame.

Next, to outline the installation method for fixing the new window frame to the opening according to the present invention, first remove the existing steel sash shoji that is to be renovated, and if it has a mullion or mullion, melt it and remove the remaining steel sash. Remove rust from the surface of the existing window frame using a wire brush, etc. In this case, there is almost no need to apply anti-rust coating.

The new window frame assembled into a square shape is then placed on the lower frame attachment anchor 9b. In this case, a sealing material 1 such as polyethylene foam is placed in the grooves 8a and 8c of the extensions 7a and 7c of the outdoor flanges 4a and 4c.
Insert 4. As shown in Figure 4, the mounting anchors 9 (9a, 9b, 9c) are attached to the new window frame with screws at one location for the old upper frame and the old vertical frame, and at two locations for the old lower frame. Stop it. Next, after filling the inside of the lower end of the new draining plate with sealing material 14 in advance, the upper end of the draining plate is attached to the lower frame 4b of the new window frame, and the lower end is attached to the auxiliary anchor 10.
Attach the lower end of the drain plate to secure it.

Finally, use adhesive tape 15 to seal and adhere the indoor gap between the existing window frame and the new window frame. In this case, it is preferable to use a transparent and stretchable polypropylene tape as the adhesive tape 15, but a cloth adhesive tape may also be used. In this state, an injection hole is made in the tape 15 at the position A in FIG. 4, and a foamable synthetic resin 16 such as a foamable hard polyurethane stock solution is injected and foamed to fill the space 16. Similarly, injection foaming is also performed at positions B and C. In this case, when the foaming pressure is high, if a polypropylene tape is used as the tape 15, the tape will expand and contract, thereby preventing deformation of the new window frame. When using cloth adhesive tape, a small hole is made in a part of the tape to prevent deformation of the new window frame. As explained above, in this example, temporary fixing was performed at five locations, but after the filling and foaming solidified, the strength of the temporary fixing was completely unnecessary and the purpose was simply to determine the position of the window frame during work. This is a feature of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the temporary fixing parts shown in the embodiments. Moreover, since all the parts on the indoor side that are sealed by easy means such as adhesive tape are covered by the frame 17, the beauty can be maintained without any post-processing. On the other hand, on the outdoor side, a concave groove is formed between the existing window frame and the new window frame, and the sealing material 14 is fitted, so there is no leakage of the foaming liquid and the window can be used as a picture frame. 19 is a caulking material. According to the present invention, whereas conventional two-panel sliding doors with an opening width of 1,750 mm and a height of 1,650 mm required 20 screws to be fastened, just 5 screws are sufficient as in this example. It is. There is almost no need to prevent rust from existing steel window frames. Since the existing window frame, new window frame, and synthetic resin material are joined together, the new window frame made of aluminum alloy can be installed extremely firmly against external forces, and it can be installed in one place unlike the conventional method. There is no possibility of the window frame becoming deformed due to loss of balance due to poor screw fastening. In addition, it contributes to the improvement of heat insulation, dew condensation prevention, sound insulation and watertightness, and is a highly practical window frame structure for renovation work that is high performance and durable.
