Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit exact parting by providing a sensor adapted flush with the top surface of a table plate and raising the plate until the table contacts tightly with the bottom surface of a drag mold then stopping the same in the stage of parting. CONSTITUTION:The sensor 9 which senses the positional condition of the bottom surface of a casting mold 8 is embedded to the table plate 7 so as to position the top end face thereof flush approximately with the top surface of the plate 7 in a horizontal flaskless type casting machine having vertically movable molding flasks 4, 5 of which the apertures are made pressable by a pressure plate 6 and the plate 7. The molded casting molds 10, 8 are once parted and the pattern is removed and thereafter the flask 4 is again lowered. The plate 7 is raised until said plate contacts tightly with the bottom surface of the mold 8 and is then stopped by the detection of the sensor 9 in the stage of raising the plate 7. The exact parting of the mold is thus made possible without the mis-match and crush of the mold in the stage of parting the mold.

を保持した後、上鋳型の上面よシ圧板を降下させ、これ
に伴ってテーブルプレートも降下して、上下の鋳型を型
合せした状態で鋳枠より離枠しているものである。

枠の型合せ後、下鋳型の下方よシ一定の高さ上昇するテ
ーブルプレートの昇降範囲は予めリミットスイッチによ
り停止位置を設定しているので、鋳型厚がこの設定値と
一致しておれば問題はないのであるが、応々にして、造
型する鋳物砂のコンパクタビリテイ値の混練砂の性状の
変化等により造型後の鋳型厚が変化する為、一定の上昇
範囲を規制するリミットスイッチによるテーブルプレー
トの上昇により却って不都合が生じ°Cいるものである
。即ち、設定値よシ薄い鋳型厚に造型された場合は、設
定分だけ上昇したテーブルプレートの上面と下鋳型の下
面との間に隙間が生じ、との償の状態で上鋳型上よシ圧
板を降下させ難砕しようとすれば下鋳型がテーブルプレ
ートの上面との隙間分が落ち込む様になって上下鋳型の
見切シ面がずれ込んではぐみを起し、反面、鋳型厚が設
定値以上に厚くなればテーブル、プレートが下鋳型を押
し上げる迄上昇して鋳型に変形を生じさせる押込みが発
生する等、造型後の部屋難砕に問題を有しているもので
ある。

、鋳型離枠時に上記するはぐみや押込みを防止すると共
に鋳型厚が変化してもこれに的確に対応して調整する必
要はなく下鋳型の下面に隙間なくテーブルプレートを当
接する様に、該テーブルプレートの下面より貫通してそ
の上面がテーブルと均−面として、下鋳型面の位置状態
を感知するセンサーを埋設して形成し、これによ如上下
鋳枠の型合せ後の下鋳型の下面に向はテーブルプレート
が上昇して該鋳型面の位置状態をセンサーが感知してテ
ーブル面との間に隙間なく緊密に当接してその上昇を停
止する様にしているものであるO 〔作 用〕 本発明のかかる構成により、鋳型の離枠に際しては、模
型を抜去後、型合せした上下鋳枠の下方よりテーブルプ
レートが上昇すると、その上面を均−面となる様に埋設
したセンサーが下鋳型の下面の位置状態を検知してこれ
との間に隙間なく緊密に上昇した後停止し、然る後上鋳
型上より圧板が降下し、これに伴ってテーブルプレート
も同様に降下する様にしているものであるから、従来の
離枠方法の如く下鋳型の下面とテーブルプレート面との
間に間隙が生ずることもなく、又無理に下鋳型を押上げ
ることもないので、はぐみや押込みを発生せしめること
なく的確に鋳型を難砕する極めて優れた作用効果を有す
るものである。
